ANG GANDA! kaso to save space i think it would be better if yung cr sa ground floor yung door facing outwards kasi yun naman rin ang cr na gagamitin ng mga taong maliligo sa pool. In this way ma extend yung kitchen space kasi malalagyan ng counter top. Yung sofas mas better if yung pa L-shape. Yung sa taas mas better if may walk-in-closet and en suite bathroom yung master bedroom.

so you can use round steel pilers like extra dia all the way to 3 rd floor but steel frame stay invisible so you have most of wood work on 2 and 3 floor which can have elevation plus light (not heavy) martial plus dirt free look.
