I'm getting more & more into fingerstyle guitar within the past few years and Tommy is literally the very BEST guitarist I've EVER heard in my life! Hope to see him live again soon as I was floored seeing him perform! He's such a class act and a PHENOMENAL musician too! :)

First time ever got front row tics with the meet & greet for Tommy's show earlier this year in L.A.- This man is seemingly always "in the moment", taking time with each person he greets to fully engage, returning their support with supreme respect for his audience. As I asked about the technique he used for his "harp harmonics" , he quickly borrowed a guitar he had just signed for another fan and demonstrated up-close-and-personal right in front of me in a 3 minute tutorial with EQ setting reminders and a final " Do you think you've got it?" It is completely unsurprising he would ask this young man to come up and perform - Tommy Emmanuel is not only the finest acoustic guitar player on earth, he is one of the finest people showering love down on this planet through his unparalleled musical gifts.
