I love Cameron dubb videos ,he is an OG army and he inserts a lot of inside jokes ,so we don't feel offended or SMTH ,please keep them coming 💜
I like Cameron's dubs lol, they play with the inside jokes and mess around with the ships/duos as well. Just one big joke of it all, my favorite ones are when he does the MVs.
Cameron is an OG ARMY and he knows a lot of BTS inside jokes that's why he can make these dubbed videos so funny. To some it may be a bit uncomfortable because of the ships and sexual references but overall it's hilarious.
Yeah, if you know Cam's channel, you know he respects the members above all else, so the fantasy personas he puts on them are hilarious, imo. I've noticed it's the people who don't realize he's totally tongue in cheek about the ships - and low key teasing shippers - who feel uncomfortable. Well, both them and the ones who can't handle the idea of Jimin as a slightly dense hound dog. 😅
If BTS could laugh at themselves and ARMY with House of ARMY, I'd say this is the "adult" version. I'm betting JK has seen them, since he recognized Cameron. 😂

Cam has been an ARMY since 2014, he loves them lots and he's said so many times how they inspire him to do his music.
Some fun facts, and things others already mentioned-
Cameron also does BTS Cover songs, and his Black Swan cover song got shown to BTS in a special reaction interview where BTS reacted to covers of their songs by ARMYs. Jungkook recognized Cam and said he's seen him/he's watched him. So there's a good chance JK knows about these. Maybe even Hobi as well since Hobi used to love watching ARMY react to them and make videos of them.
A little history on how this 'Dubbed' Series was started- Back when BTS's first Documentary series- Burn the Stage was about to be released as a TH-cam Red special, TH-cam made a mistake in the description of the ad. They said it would be Dubbed.... they meant to put Subbed for Subtitled, but they messed up... this got ARMY cracking jokes about how TH-cam would make BTS members sound, and how bad the dubbing would look.
Well Cam got the idea to take his years of ARMY experience, and answer the question of "What would a BTS Dubbed be like?" He's taken their personalities, cracked up the crack and crazy and took off the filters the guys tend to put on themselves. And he gave us this very popular series.
Yes, it's not meant for everyone. However for those of us who know BTS has a good sense of humor, does in fact make adult joke, and do indeed curse when not on camera... and every now and then when on camera. Someone who finds the ships preposterous but also humorous as even BTS teases about them, someone who knows these inside jokes will obviously gravitate to this kind of thing. It's all in good fun and none of it is to be taken seriously- if people do take it seriously... well that's on them.

Camerons dubs are iconic to Army. He recently took a break from YT and we didnt think.we would see him back again, but hes come back and already started on new dubs.

Well that fun fact is not true. JK only said in a fan reaction interview that he remembers Cameron cause he saw one of his bts movie reaction. That’s it. He didn’t mention his dub videos lol.
@@vellichorie yes its true. He said he knows him from watching his reaction videos on YT and as camerons dubbed videos are on his YT channel then it's a guarantee that he has seen some of them.

When Cameron went Patreon exclusive for a while I immediately started downloading the dubbed series in case he took them down. 😄

I think many of us love his dubs. They’re so funny and you can’t take them seriously so it’s the well adjusted folks who can take a joke who like them 💜. I think the guys are well aware of his dubs as his pic was in an official compilation of reactions at some point Or they mentioned him somewhere.

Cameron is a Legend and an OG ARMY, his content is always top tier, I would suggest the If Burn the Stage was dubbed but all of them are so so good.

I love Cameron's videos! He's a cool dude. I'd say there's some videos of his that say 'best of' for the dubs that are clips from other videos and take the clips out of context of the original video, which could be really confusing to watch. So maybe reach out and ask for a good video to watch.

I understand Peter not totally vibing with it, it's a raunchy humor and sometimes seeing that laid over such wholesome people doesn't sit right with some. Even if the person's humor is raunchy anyways.

My favorite series is still the original "if burn the stage was dubbed". It really shows how good Cameron is at mimicking their voices and establishes the combo of reality and fantasy personas he uses for them. Like, Jimin is a total caricature of sex-obsessed ditz, SOPE are all-in, Tae is kinda a bro, everyone is whipped for player JK, and Jin and Namjoon... aside from the adult themes, basically spot-on. 😂
As everyone has said - most know this is an OG ARMY who respects the guys but knows they're adults who likely get a kick out of the parody. And we know JK knows.... 😅
Cameron is INSANELY talented and funny, it's supposed to be very sarcastic and exaggerated but it's from a place of respect for all the members. It'd be awesome if you reacted to more of his content if you have time :)

I think his dubs are mostly really funny and good.
Also, I don't know how much you'll catch but Cam is Army from 2014 and very much of the lines are built on stuff BTS said or done and inside jokes or memes and stuff. Like the B-Free line you missed for example. His voices for the guys are even better in the newer dubs, his RM and Hobi voices are so great from the start though, spot on.
But it is all jokes and caricatures of BTS personalities and situations and not to be taken as actual facts about them as some seem to do and gets mad over Cam's dubs.
The dubs are sexual and swearing and ships etc but all just for good fun which I know you'll get, I think his sense of humor fits yours very well.
I mean it's kind of like Bad Lip Reading but with more inside jokes and really simplified and heightened caricatured actual characteristics of people.
