I have been watching your videos and they are very informative. We live in Oregon and are looking to move next year. We are heavily into pickle ball and golf. We are looking to join an active pickle ball club to play with others our age. We have had large homes but prefer a smaller easily maintained house.

This area is so nice and new! There’s also a brand new aquatic center near there for Goodyear residents only, perfect for summertime!
