There is no connection. Palestine was a name the Romans gave this land (including today’s Jordan) after the Bar Kochba Revolt in 135CE., to drive away the Jews giving birth to a massive, but fortunately, failed complete diaspora. So, the “Palestinians” were originally Jews. There has never been a state called “Palestine”. The closest thing that has been to a state with that name was during the British Mandate. The Arabs living in Palestine were just Arabs and actually there is plenty of proof they rejected the word Palestinian. The Jews of the area were Palestinian Jews. It wasn’t until Arafat came and created a false national identity, creating terror groups, gaslighting, stealing aid, and breaking any chance of a two-state solution to those Arabs who rejected moving to Jordan and did not want to live under Israeli rule. There are tons of Arabs living in Israel and are as Zionist as any Jew. They see no problem and actually rather take part on a more civilized, inclusive, and progressive society than being part of terrorist supporting trouble makers.

The origin of Ashkenazic Jews and their language, Yiddish, have been the subject of controversy for over three centuries and has yet to be resolved. The "Rhineland hypothesis" depicts Eastern European Jews as a "population isolate" that emerged from a small group of German Jews who migrated eastward and expanded rapidly through a miracle. Alternatively, the "Khazarian hypothesis" or "Irano-Turko-Slavic hypothesis" suggests that Eastern European Jews descended from an anamalgam of Turkic clans that settled the Caucasus in the early centuries A.D. and converted to Judaism during the first Millennium.
In Elhaik (2013), we tested the genetic diversity among European Jews in light of the two hypotheses: the Rhineland Hypothesis (the narrative) and the competing Khazarian Hypothesis. The results unambiguously support the Khazarian Hypothesis, portraying the European Jewish genome as a tapestry of ancient ancestries and high heterogeneity. This is the most popular paper published in GBE. It was ranked #1 most-read paper since its publication. This work was widely covered by the media (see Press).
In Des et al. (2016), we aimed to identify the origin of Yiddish. Since language, genetics, and geography are correlated we reasoned that the geographical origin of Yiddish can be derived from the geographical origin of the DNA of Yiddish speaking Ashkenazic Jews. To infer the geographical origin of their genomes, we applied the Geographic Population Structure (GPS) tool to the genomes of over 360 "Yiddish speaking" 180 "non-Yiddish speaking" Ashkenazic Jews. We traced their genomes to northeast Turkey where we uncovered four villages whose name may be derived from the word "Ashkenaz."
Unsurprisingly, it seems that Ashkenazic Jews and their language have originated in Ashkenaz. This is the largest study on Ashkenazic Jews, to date, and the first to study the genomes of Yiddish speakers.
The paper was ranked #1 most-read paper in GBE since its publication.
This work was widely covered by the media (see Press).
In Elhaik (2016), we questioned claims that there exist Jewish biomarkers. We did that by posing a public "Jewish genome challenge" where scientists, public members, and 23andme were asked to distinguish between Jewish and non-Jewish genomes in a blind setting. All testers have failed. We next compared the genetic distances between Jewish communities and show that they are genetically distinct from each other and from a simulated population of Judaeans (below).
Lastly, we discuss common fallacies in the literature that support the existence of these biomarkers.
To learn more, see three population science articles that I wrote for: The Conversation, Aeon, and Atlas of science.
In Das et al. (2017), we replied to the criticism of Das et al. (2016). We showed that all biogeographical analyses on AJs identified Turkey as the place of DNA origin and carried out ancient DNA analysis. We also showed that AJs have ancient Irano-Turkish origins and practically no Levantine ancestry.

Religion is a part of it, but there are definitely deeper issues here. The Israelis and Palestinians are cousins, both genetically and theologically (both being children of Abraham). They both have a valid claim to a land that can--and, I believe, SHOULD--accommodate them both. The problem is that you now have two populations with PTSD that gets passed down from generation to generation. Trauma breeds violence, which breeds more trauma, which...You get the idea. How to resolve this? I wish I knew. Eventually, though, they'll HAVE to get along whether they want to or not. Their fates are now inextricably intertwined.

You are absolutely correct and have more historical understanding than most of the comments here. But I will say that yes, trauma and PTSD play a big part on both sides but so do geopolitical reasons. The truth is, the Palestinians barely have a state. The West Bank is an absolute mess with Israel administering 60% of it (Area C) and having security control for about 22% (Area B). Not to mention the growing number of settlements which are illegal under international law. I don’t think I need to even mention Gaza? That place will not resemble any kind of state for a while.

That Arabs and Jews are cousins and of the same family is absolutely the truest statement in this entire episode. That is the reason that I have never understood why they can live in Peace as real neighbors. They share so many of the same Holy sites and should both be able to work together side by side. And the Palestinians MUST realize that IF their ultimate goal IS to have their own State in the West Bank, they MUST lay down their weapons, acknowledge Israel as a Jewish State and start celebrating their sameness and NOT their differences.

It's a whole mess when we look at history, in the name of religion. Can't we just be human beings and live along side peacefully. I'm sure that if there's a god who created all of us, he must be really pissed of watching all this killings either way in his name. And that over lands and walls which doesn't belong to anyone, but the creator. We've come empty handed and will leave so. Instead of taking the lessons from history, some are still stupid to repeat it. Now my question: How will your god judge you? IMO: It must be sadistic god if he enjoys killing in his name and then give you paradise for that. I just wish for peace. But that seems to be not religiously, but politically incorrect.

      THE TRUE STORY regarding PALESTINE
-Palestine is the land of the Prophets.
-Jews have no rights in Palestine
      -Palestine is for Palestinians
-Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine
-There is no country of Israel
Some of the Prophets who lived in Palestine are:
      Ibrahim (Abraham)
      Lot
      Ishmael
      Ishaq (Isaac)
      Ya'qoob (Jacob)
      Yusuf (Joseph)
      Daud (David)
      Solomon
      Zakariyyah (Zachariah)
      Yahya (John)
{May the peace and blessing of Allah be upon them)
      Ibrahim(Abraham) has two sons:
      1. Ismael
      2. Isaac
Isaac's son was Jacob(Ya'qoob) where most of the Prophets came from his lineage such as Yusuf(Joseph),Daud(David),Sulaiman(Solomon),Zakariyyah(Zacarias),Musa(Moses) and Yahya (John).
The second name of Prophet Ya'qoob(Jacob) is ISRAEL so his clans are called BANU ISRAEL(Son's of Israel). Also, accordingly, ISRAEL means Abdullah (servant of Allah).
But the tribe of Israel has been known for disobedience and stubbornness where they oppose and kill their own Prophets sent to them except for a small number them, this is how the Quran describes them.
      Among their disobedience are:
      -They disobeyed Prophet Solaiman (Solomon)
      -They disobeyed Prophet Musa (Moses)
      -They disobeyed Prophet Eisa (Jesus)
      -They killed Prophet Yahya (John)
      -They killed Prophet Zacariah (Zacarias).
THAT'S WHY ALLAH PUNISHED THEM. THEIR PUNISHMENT IS THAT, THEY WOULD HAVE NO LAND IN THIS WORLD EXCEPT THOSE WHO BELIEVE.
What happened to them for several centuries is that wherever they ended up in the middle east after the time of Prophet Eisa (Jesus), others went to Europe and America.
In World War II between the years 1941 and 1945 the Holocaust occurred where nearly 6 million Jews died in Europe at the hands of Adolf Hitler of Germany.
The reason for Adolf Hitler's great anger towards the Jews is about politics and religion where the Jews believe that people who do not belong to them are animals or the lowest creatures, because they believe that they are the chosen people who chosen by Allah, so Hitler did this to them.
They only got land in Palestine because GREAT BRITAIN took pity on them where it was recommended to the UNITED NATIONS and the UN immediately received it in the year 1947, because the Jews also served for a long time in Great Britain.
In the following year (1948) the Zionist Jews immediately declared their own country in Palestine which they called ISRAEL where it seemed as if they only arrived in Palestine as refugees until they gradually expanded their land to conquer in the lands of the Palestinians in a violent and forced way, at the same time they gathered all the Jews around the world where before they would have been scattered because of the punishment of Allah.
This is where the Arab countries intervened and there was a war that has not ended until now between the JEWS and the ARABS.
Apart from this conflict, the Jews also do not respect the Arabs because they believe that they are the only believers, so they did not believe in Prophet Muhammad SAW and it was easy for them to kill Arab Muslims. Why?
Prophet Ismael, the brother of Prophet Isaac, is the son of Hajar, the second wife of Prophet Ibrahim, who used to be the maid of Sarah, who was the mother of Prophet Isaac, the first wife of Prophet Ibrahim (according to their history).
And after the reign of the clans of Isaac in which the last Prophet among them was Prophet Eisa (Jesus), Allah gave this promise to the clan of Prophet Ismael where the last prophet and Messenger would come from his clan. Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Because the last Prophet did not come from the family of Isaac, the Jews did not believe, believing that Prophet Ismael was inferior compared to their ancestor, Prophet Isaac, the son of Prophet Ibrahim's first wife, besides that, they really are people who disobeys, even to the early Prophets.
In other words, the ongoing conflict between Jews and Arab Muslims is about religion and history.
Palestine is a place of Arab Muslims, and the believers in the clans of Israel, it does not include those who disobey, they are not among in the promise of Allah.
There are three existing religions in Palestine:
      1. Judaism
      2. Christianity
      3. Islam
WHY ARE THE CHRISTIANS IN PALESTINE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ENEMY OF THE PALESTINIAN MUSLIMS?
Christians are not like Jews, where Jews are worse but they are the same race, Jews also consider Christians as enemies because they did not really believe in Prophet Eisa (Jesus), they are the ones who accused Mary committing adultery (Zina) and Prophet Eisa (Jesus) was a child of zina (adultery), so a great miracle happened from Allah where Prophet Eisa spoke when he was a baby to refute what the Jews were saying and prove the innocence of his mother.
WHY DO THEY WANT TO TAKE JERUSALEM WHERE MASJID AL-AQSA IS LOCATED?
They believe that here is the very temple of Prophet Solaiman that was destroyed and replaced by masjeds, so this is what they want to restore from its original, but if you go back to history and the books you will not find any solid evidence about the temple that they claim.
Rather, the Masjid Al-aqsa is the one that was built by Prophet Adam and rebuilt by Prophet Solaiman.
And they have no right to it because they also disobeyed Prophet Solaiman as we mentioned.

    • @glennbarrow8325

Remember when the angels proclaimed, “O Mary! Allah gives you good news of a Word from Him, his name will be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary; honoured in this world and the Hereafter, and he will be one of those nearest to Allah. [Qur’an 3:45]
Indeed, We have sent revelation to you [O Muhammad!] as We sent revelation to Noah and the prophets after him. We also sent revelation to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants, as well as Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon. And to David We gave the Psalms. [Qur’an 4:163]
Indeed, those who say, “Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary,” have fallen into disbelief. Say, O Muhammad, “Who has the power to prevent Allah if He chose to destroy the Messiah, son of Mary, his mother, and everyone in the world all together?” To Allah alone belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything in between. He creates whatever He wills. And Allah is Most Capable of everything. [Qur’an 5:17]
O People of the Book (Jews and Christians)! Do not go to extremes regarding your faith; say nothing about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger of Allah and the fulfilment of His Word through Mary and a spirit created by a command from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers and do not say, “Trinity.” Stop!-for your own good. Allah is only One God. Glory be to Him! He is far above having a son! To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And Allah is sufficient as a Trustee of Affairs. [Qur’an 4:171]
Then in the footsteps of the prophets, We sent Jesus, son of Mary, confirming the Torah revealed before him. And We gave him the Gospel containing guidance and light and confirming what was revealed in the Torah-a guide and a lesson to the God-fearing. [Qur’an 5:46]
The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger. ˹Many˺ messengers had ˹come and˺ gone before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They both ate food. See how We make the signs clear to them, yet see how they are deluded from the truth! [Qur’an 5:75]
…and for boasting, “We killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” But they neither killed nor crucified him-it was only made to appear so. Even those who argue for this crucifixion are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever-only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him. [Qur’an 4:157]

Abraham's burial would be an attraction to Arabs and Muslims. The Dome of the Rock was built over the ruins of the Second Jewish Temple. You are correct about the Christian church that was originally built but even it was built over the Second Temple ruins. Moslems made some changes and claimed that Mmnd landed there on his flying beast before they continued flying off to heaven.

Also I am not the guy that uses the holocaust card whenever someone criticize them. Also I would like you to a video criticizing Israel kidnapping yemeni Jews ,when it was first a startup. @@UNPACKED what comments. Seriously I cannot see them for some reason, I do not know why. I do not need to prove anything, I am not the one claiming to reclaim my ancestral lands 4000 years ago. I am not hateful of Jews; I am just that you are not willing to admit that Israel's government is oppressing Palestinians. Dude, like you have almost never spoke of Israel bad. You always show how good they are in comparison to their devilish like neighbors. To answer your question, I am semitic, so that should narrow it down. So, guess what I can call an antisemite for thinking that I am supporting Hamas, just because I am standing for the Palestinians. Also, I am willing to admit that October 7th was a massacre or even a genocide sure. But are you willing to admit that Israeli soldiers have and are still targeting civilians including woman and children and that they are torturing Palestinian detainees and that your government is supporting it. Also, I suggest you stop using the word antisemite so much. The Israeli side have used it so much, it has become anti-Israel and not antisemite. Dude I am willing to say that Hamas are a terrorist group, and their leaders are war criminals, but are you willing to admit that the whole world, beside a couple countries regard Netanyahu as a war criminal, because he really is a war criminal and not just, because they are antisemites or yeah sorry anti-Israel. Just to let Iyou know I never speak of hate against the Jews, I just criticize anyone's actions, whether a Jew Christian, Buddhist or a watermelon, this channel just happens to be about the Jewish community like you state in your videos. Lastly, I really appreciate the reply on my comments, it shows me that you care about your audience. See man I am willing to so say that the massacre of 700 people is a genocide, but are you are not even willing to say that the death of 46707 as an absolute minimum has nothing wrong with it, because they are all Hamas fighters even the women, literal infants, babies. Dude, haven't you seriously seen the videos of young kids with no limbs or kids with wounds in their head or burning alive or burried under the rubble from your very accurate and humane bombings.

Nonsense. This whole conflict is caused, perpetuated and driven by Islam, pure and simple. Islam's hate of the Jews is what has made the region's Muslims do everything in their power NOT to create a Palestinian state (which they could have done at least half a dozen times, from 1937 to 1948 to the 19-year period that Egypt and Jordan controled Gaza and the West Bank, etc.), but to prevent the Jews from having or keeping a Jewish state. You'll note that Hamas did not arise from the Palestinian desire for territorial autonomy, but from the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, a jihadi group. You'll also note that Hamas's stated goal is NOT a Palestinian state, but the establishment of a Muslim caliphate that includes current Palestinian territories, among many others, and specifically excludes all Jews. I could go on for quite a while, but I won't. But do reconsider your position. Without religion, this conflict would have never, ever happened.

There can never be peace if everyone sees only 1 truth. I look at the comments and I see people with no logic whatsoever, just following their perspective with no regard for the fact that they may be missing something. Anyone with a brain can see more than just biased opinions, but pure racism fueled by emotion. Everyone is so fixated on their delusions, the fact that their side is only right and that the other side is only wrong. The people of Israel and the Jews did some unforgivable actions, and so did the people of Palestine and the Arabs. You don't often see the people who want to coexist and put this all behind us because they immediately get shot down by people who only have their own interests in mind. It takes more than a piece of paper with "peace" written on it to unite its communities; it takes the willingness of the people involved to make peace, which is what true peace is. Again, that can't happen with all the emotion involved from people who saw their family members die in front of them. This violence was unsurprisingly caused by the fighting of people who wanted their side to win. This became a cycle of violence that can only be stopped by us; the very people involved. This is one of many paths to a country that can be appreciated by everyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, background, build, gender, sexual orientation, you get the idea. Or so I hope.

Jews from Europe are further from the DNA from Canaanite remains of that region than the Palestinians. Just because the people living there started speaking a different language and picked up other religions does not mean they are no longer owners. But today, some guy from Japan can convert to Judaism and under some tests and what not and kick out a Palestinian from her home it seems. And that Palestinian is more likely to have Jewish ancestral DNA than most Jews from Europe according to DNA, isn't it.

most israelis are not european but mizrahi middle eastern ,who escaped pogroms all across the muslim world. in 1948 the muslim communities here included bosniaks of keisaria who spoke bosniak, circassians of kafr kama and rihania who spoke circassian languages, turkmen of abu zurayk and hirbat turkmen who spoke turkmen language, people of kafr sabt who spoke maghrebi arabic(from north africa),bedouins who speak hijazi arabic(peninsular arabic, not levantine),and afro arabs. the second most common family/clan name among muslims here is masrawa and el masri, literally meaning egyptian. the most prominent christian families -antonius,khouri,khiat and soursok came from lebanon in the 19th century. muslims were allowed to come to this land and just grab land to themselves by force or they were granted land by the ottoman colonialist. when J came here and purchased land - the islamists massacred them (even the religious non zionists, like in safed and hebron in 1929 and tiberias in 1938). thats aside from the attacks on mizrahis in the rest of the muslim world .

    • @supergroovy8346

@@netanelzion None of that has proof it happened to the extent you claim. When the Roman's expelled the Jews, do you honestly believe they would expell ALL the Jewish farmers and skilled workers, labourers from that land? And who did they bring to replace them? Who are going to work the land and pay tax? No. It was most likely the ruling/priestly class or merchant class that were expelled. They expelled the elite families most likely. All the working class Jews (or Canaanite descendants, more accurately) most likely remained and converted to other religions and spoke the languages of the empires that ruled them. But of course, this is again proven by DNA. And when the Jews converted to other religions, they obviously mixed with other people of the region. Again proven by DNA. And DNA still proves that the majority of Palestinian DNA is no different from other middle eastern Jews. Some middle eastern Jews are actually further away because they were Arabs that converted to Judaism. Its science. Next you are going to say DNA means nothing. A Jewish person take up the name Xi Jinping but if he looks Jewish and his DNA says he is Jewish then I can't call him Chinese. Don't be ridiculous.
