Even though it really doesn't mean much to me, thank you for taking the time and making the effort to get a good shot for everyone who wants to see the food and your face during the mukbang. I personally like to see your face most of all and I like whispering videos, but there is something about the way you appreciate your food that just makes me feel good. Thanks for promoting salad! I love salad and I think it not only helps people's digestion and health, I think it also improves the overall appreciation of a meal to have salad as contrast to hot food.

It's good, made with ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onions, chopped peppers, an egg, chopped garlic and whatever seasons you like. You shape it in a baking loaf pan and cook it for 45 min-1 hour. Pour ketchup or some kind of tomato based sauce on top and bake another 5-10 min
