AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
This is one of my most satisfying non tainted lost runs to date. Ok ignore everything past this point, while I'm late for this upload... I also wanna shove as many funny item names as possible in here; plus nobody will read it anyways: Early bird's eye and brimstone have such HUGE c section tech x POTENTIAL (even though it's not as good as ghost pepper), although a bit of a change of plans involving sacred heart and a missed opportunity of rerolling items with the d6 made this run a bit more dangerous than it should have been, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many soy milk angel rooms and the combination of godhead and proptosis, including the ipecac (dunce cap) I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free monstro's lung win featuring edmund mcmillen (who also created super meat boy)... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly. Wow, did you really read all of that? I'm proud of you.
Ok since nobody's gonna read this... I can say that I'm 100% changing my YT username to just "Laven" for 2 reasons:
1. I hate how people mispronounce lavencas, it's supposed to be just like "Lavender Castle" if you remove the extra letters, but a ton of people put emphasis on the VEN which sounds extremely weird to me and annoys me to no end
2. Some of you also seem to think the L is an i but WHYYYYYYY
I was thinking of rebranding to a different name entirely, but that's too much effort and a lot of people would be confused sooooo... yeah. Also fun fact the name lavencas was kind of a placeholder until I thought of something that sounded better, but my channel exploded way faster than I would've ever imagined and by that point it was too late...

9:25 Before repentance it was actually in that way, tech 2 blocking the tears of the other eye if you are cain for example.

Red Key ultra secret rooms are most likely to appear in walls connected to the highest number of non-red rooms. From what I can tell most of the time you pick walls next to special rooms or behind the shop that are only connected to one room, which never works. It's not something you do here, it's just something I've seen you do in other videos and thought about. 80% of the time it'll be connected to the red room with the highest number of non-red rooms connected to it.
It's all a rouse, comments are good for the TH-cam algorithm

but it also has a higher chance to be near a special room
@@commonbaum945 let me explain like this. The u.secret room usually generates next to where the regular secret room could've been. This is also why it often appears near special rooms.

Laven, even though you’re not trying fiend folio, at least try it’s official soundtrack: Excelsior. It’s a pretty damn unique take on isaac music and it has some bangers. I would recommend trying it out!

If you have tech 2 and either moms eye or lokis horn for what ever reason the other lasers fired are tech one fired at the speed of tech 2 so it does insane damage.
Skill issues:
Didn't take tiny planet wich would've been way cooler than just a few stats up from magic mush at that point
Didn't use the chance to reroll a secret room item in the super secret room
Didn't take red key
Doesn't know how to find ultra secret rooms
Doesn't know about the stapler + tech 2 synergy
Uses two items in the thumbnail that are only obtained in the last few moments of the run

Hear my wisdom! The ultra secret room has a regular room that hints to a secret room but doesn't reveal anything when bombed!
@7:28ish tech.2 doesn't reduce damage in repentance, only tearrate. You also only shoot tears from one eye and the laser from the other. You should try the synergy tech.2+stapler, you then shoot tech1+tech2 tears from the same eye at very high dps.
Tech.2 + any luck item is absurd tho, it procs like crazy.
Edit: nvm on that stapler part :)

And 2 times his game crashed
1: he had haemolacria and some other stuff that made a bunch of tears(and continuum)
But then he picked up brimstone and it tanked his game when he shot once
2. He had rock bottom, monstro's lung,quad shot, soy milk, and crickets body
But then he picked up parasite
And that speaks for itself
I dont hate cursed penny for existing, but I HATE the fact that you need to unlock it, especially since the unlock is gated behind beating mother. If it was unlocked from the start, fine. But this is in the sticky nickel tier of bad unlocks

Fun fact, the devil and angel room chances in the stats are a bit misleading! The devil room chance is for a room to spawn at *all,* while the angel chance is for the room that spawns- if it *does* spawn- to be an angel room. So at 6:00, you have a 50% chance for any room at all to spawn, and if that room spawned, it was a 50% chance to *not* be a devil room.
In total, you only had a quarter chance of an angel room there!

lokis horn lasers fired with tech 2 are just spammed technology laser (at max luck) and do way more damage than the lasers fired in front of you

Hey don’t know if you know this or not but I’m like 90% sure that you can bomb the sirens skull after the boss fight and I believe it acts as a tinted rock
It acts like a regular skull
i mean the last time i checked its just a unlock not a tinted rock
@@thesecondeevee9754 yeah, but if you bomb it after getting the achievement it counts as a regular skull, so it can drop cards, black hearts, dry baby etc... or nothing at all.

I don't know if she knows but here's a tip to find super secret more easily:
Super secrets are connected to only one standard room (so not shop or item room) and are often far from spawn room.
