This look is beautiful on you - I really love the trick to lift eye corners at the end. I’m not a big fan of the mothership palettes- at 66, they are not designed for me. So glad I found your channel - always fun!
The colours are a bit dark for me personally. I love this eye look on you - when you added the lighter colour to the inner corners - Wow! 🤩 it just opened and brightened your eyes. Great tip with the concealer to create a lifted look. Thanks for sharing.
I totally agree! The product from Hindash really helped the whole thing out! I also feel it's a bit too dark for me. But, I did use a lot of the colors. Today I just used two and it's great for every day.
I'm so glad you did this review. The Velvet Liason and the green liquid shadow are the only things I picked up from this release. I have used them a ton, and yes I wear a lot of shimmers and sparkle...but those mats go with everything. I have several neutral mat palettes...this is my go-to. And yeah, that inner corner trick was super obvious, cool.😎
Me too!!! Now I’m not sure. Lol it does seem dark. I was honestly just wanting it to pair with the Motherships that I have. Just earned a $10 off and that is in my cart.
Thank you for reminding me about that outer corner trick, Kiki. I keep meaning to try it, then forget. I'm kinda shocked by seeing a matte palette by PML. Will be curious to see what others think of it. Thank you, again.
The singing birds made me smile and teases Spring fever. I struggle with dark colors as I manage to carry them up too far in an effort to recede my big fat hood and then I try lighten under my brow and make a muddy mess. I wish I had the delicate touch and patience you have for achieving such perfected results. The pop of shimmer transformed the look beautifully. I have done concealer in a lifted way on the outer corners, but your approach addresses the hood drop and corresponding shadow more effectively. Always learning from you. I wish you could give me an in person lesson!
A few things. I like palettes that have an inner corner highlight and a light shimmery shade for under the eyes. It gives shape without being heavy. The Dior Bayadere quint has a great coppery shade that works for that. To tone it down I can mix it with bronzer. Also, nice hack for the outer lid. Love those chickens. In L.A.?
Several of my neighbors have chickens and you used to be able to hear them in my videos. I think the coyotes got to them since I haven't heard them in a long time. Years ago, I knew someone who had a large piece of land and was very serious about composting and had a goat! Yes, in the middle of Los Angeles!
Hi! Thanks for featuring this all-matte palette. I was curious about it. I feel the inclusion of one light shimmer shade would have been ideal because your look came together after you applied shimmer in the corners. Love how you I explain your technique. I always learn something. Thanks again!
I believe that is the first pat pallete that has appealed to me-like you not a fan of the glitters though a pop of a shimmer can really open my tired 63yr old eyes. Thank you for the TF stick concealer review -I did go ahead and purchase (in 2wo) ad I am less fair than you. While it is not the most full coverage it is so nice and hydrating-thrilled with the fact that it is not flakeinh and creasing but still looks lsmooth hours later. It also helps use a bit of the Sisley tube concealer in the trough -mine is in 2, which works like a corrector. Also picked up a sample of the sisleya eye and lip cream that has the massage tool. and this be the magic-it is very pricy but my SA said that there is an upcoming promo match. (Also if you're a Costco member they do occasionally have this one.)
Hi Kiki. The only Pat McGrath I have in my collection is a powder blush, I have enough eyeshadows from other companies to last me a lifetime. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this video, because I could do similar looks from the matt shadows that are in my palettes. Thanks Kiki. Hoping that you're doing well. I loved hearing the birds singing from your window (a sign of spring to come?). Do you have a tree near your window?
Spring is here - it's chilly still, but the cherry trees are in bloom and the birds start to come out about now. I get my light from having the door open to the backyard and I think there's nest on the hill. Even the woodpeckers are out now!
The eyeshadow under the eye looks really good on you. Put a cream color pencil in your water line it opens the eyes up. I think you should take your crease color up higher it will make a difference…
I’m with you I don’t like glitter eyeshadows!! I think the colors are a little dark for me as I’m pretty fair. I just at Sephora today with one of my daughters and I was looking for tubing mascara. I bought the Blinc mascara. I used to wear it a long time ago. If it’s not as great as I remembered I’ll return and look for the Tower 28 tubing mascara.
I’m probably going to pass on these pallets. I have so many eyeshadows and don’t need it. I might need to pick up Boy Tears though - so good. And I love your sweater. I noticed it in your last video and forgot to ask about it.
And Boy Tears you can use all over the lid, layer for something heavy or just a drop and spread with you finger for something light. So pretty. I love this sweater, too. It's super soft and warm, too
I love the look you created! Honestly I don’t wear matte eyeshadow so this pallet doesn’t do anything for me and I don’t like PM’s formula. Probably an unpopular opinion. Thanks for the great video!
As always, your look came out looking really pretty! This palette doesn't interest me, though, because it is too dark for me to get enough use out of it. Thank you for your enjoyable and informative content!
Hope you like it! I wore again today for my bronzer swatches video - this time I used that warm color and it wasn't as warm as I thought it might - it's just right!
I love love love Pat McGrath, but I won hundred percent agree with you about her eyeshadows. They are gorgeous but too shiny and glittery and I am a mature woman.
This is a really pretty look. I made my first purchase of Pat McGrath products last year and was a bit taken aback that each product came in a plastic pouch filled with tacky sequins. The products were nice but the silly packaging puts me off purchasing again. I've decided I can live without Pat McGrath.
You have such a beautiful eye lid space! I realize that’s a weird compliment but for someone who has hooded eyes you are aware of what you have and work with it, you do it beautifully and really utilize the space you have. As a makeup artist who teaches others how to do their makeup they always look at their eyes like they can only use the lid space and really don’t see all the opportunity they have with the rest of the space they have. Anyways I really appreciate that and think you mad a beautiful look and am glad you are educating others with hooded eyes 🫶🏼

Thanks, Maureen!

I love that you redid the back of your mirror!
Beautiful look. The lighter color on the inner corner really opened up your eyes.
I think so too!
Love so much hearing the lovely noises of your home in the background!!
I'm so glad to hear it. The birds, Gracie snoring...it's all part of the symphony - lol
So calming. Love it 😍 ❤❤
There’s no war zone under your eyes you are so beautiful !!!!
You always create the most beautiful looks! You look stunning! Thank you for all the tips.
Thank you so much!!

You are so good at blending! I remember once you said, “let the brush do the work.” That’s my mantra when applying shadow. It’s helped me. Thank you.
Thanks, Libby. Blending it everything and I think I have room for improvement!
Wow!!! I was just this second putting this in my Sephora cart! What amazing timing!!!
Really loved the look on you! And, thank you for your little tips & reviews along the way!
Me too!!! Now I’m not sure. Lol it does seem dark. I was honestly just wanting it to pair with the Motherships that I have. Just earned a $10 off and that is in my cart.
Ohw! Wasn't expecting you to do PML! But really excited too watch, it's my fav brand! 🤩
Thank you for honest review once again. You are my absolute favorite!!
Thank you so much, Michelle!
I love those colours on you, so classy. Skin is looking really good too - seems to be a truce in the under eye war zone!
lol - truce in the under eye war zone!
Lovely makeup. I think that you look beautiful. I like the colors and also this lipstick.
Thank you for reminding me about that outer corner trick, Kiki. I keep meaning to try it, then forget. I'm kinda shocked by seeing a matte palette by PML. Will be curious to see what others think of it. Thank you, again.
Hope that "v" trick works for you!

Oh thank you!
Another gorgeous look! And thank you for the concealer tip in the outer corner…going to try that for sure!
Love this!! Gorgeous

This looks like a great matte palette. The look was beautiful.
Wow the powdery fallout from the cream shadow was a surprise. I wonder if all the other colours had the same issue?.
It's a dry formula for sure. But each color is a bit different.
The eyeshadow under the eye looks really good on you. Put a cream color pencil in your water line it opens the eyes up. I think you should take your crease color up higher it will make a difference…
Very beautiful on you. 😊
Thank you! 😊
What a pretty and classy look. This is the only palette I purchased from this release.
Nice demo - that showed me a couple of looks.
Glad you liked it!

Where did you find your earrings?

I understand...I feel there are a few shades I can use often, but...overall it's a bit too dark for me as well
Any plans to review the new Tower 28 cream bronzer?
I'm the rare person who doesn't like their cream formula - it find it to be a bit thick and sticky, so I won't be reviewing this one!
I have an unrelated question. How long do you keep a mascara. I’ve always thought 3 months and then replace it. What do you do?
I'm afraid if I tell you the mascara police will come after me!
I share your feelings about pm
So here is the thing. I wasn't going to get it, I just got it.
Hope you like it! I wore again today for my bronzer swatches video - this time I used that warm color and it wasn't as warm as I thought it might - it's just right!

Oh, yes. Not all their products (this didn't) - but I've purchased a few things that come like that. It's just not needed - no value added.

Thank you so much, Amber! Glad to know from a pro that I'm on the right track!
The colors are pretty but too dark for me. I don't want to work that hard. Give me the ones for lazy people.
To be fair - put used many shades just to show what the colors looked like. Usually, I'm good with two or three shadows at most.
You’ve done a lovely job but the colours look like ones we have all got. It seems very over priced for what you get.
