Rokit Bay also known as "Puujin Bayraa" or Rocket Bayraa was /is/ very successful rapper, until he put a pause on his artist lifestyle. The title of this song should be translated into Floating Rocket which shows his current state being a father, appreciating life and being humble, showing he is a different person than he was used to be. At the end of the song he's being called back to the music industry. The phrase 'Ah, shit, here we go again' is a metaphorical statement of his comeback.

Bay is short version of his name and Rokit is a wordplay with multiple meanings i.e: Rock it, Rocket 🚀 Raw Kit etc.
So, basically its all about he had really active rapping career and now that he has family and other careers going on such as video game developer and creating animations etc, it seems like he is in a floating rocket that is going nowhere, as long as the rapping concerned. During the faster phase he mentions how he was on the top of the game and filled the void (the family) as well as personal growth, so that he ended up in that state.
The last bit gives us a hint of finally that he is onto something, which makes sense cuz theres upcoming concert and an album perhaps.
That has meaning the guy has stuck in the space because he already see all planets
