Hi Team Grima, thanks for the positive feedback. change the gearbox oil with some ATF every 3 hours and after you use the engine in the rain. drain the fuel out of the carb after each day testing. Also, if your at a dusty track or drive off the track into the dirt and grass a lot, open the airbox and clean it out and wash your air filter with some soapy water. Hope that helps.

Mate ive got a KZ10b question. I had the clutch cable off the engine and turned the engine lever and heard a ping sound. Now its right around and wont return. Is there an easy fix or have i made a major mistake and need to pull the engine apart (hope not)
nah, should be able to just pull the clutch basket out. then you can remove the clutch push rod and then hopefully you can jiggle the little bit back into spositon. BTW the clutch cable lever arm thingy can come out with having to disassemble the whole fn engine

just practise is all that is required. otherwise bring it to your local engine guy and he will make it happen for you

Which gasket sealer do you recommend?
I use the Rotax XPS branded gases sealer

What's your thought on a add on crankshaft weight does it give it more bottom end ?
I use them as is and just repair them. if you wanted more bottom end, change the pipe or exhaust flange spacers maybe..
