- A chapter in Alonzo’s journey has finally ended, we finally have a diagnosis! We’re moving forward with another - finding out the why’s, what caused the diagnosis, and the treatments needed to help him live a better life. Hoping you guys stay along for the ride! Enjoy the video!

I'm usually so shy to put comments on youtube videos. But I cant help it, I just want to say that Alonzo is very very lucky to have you as her mom. You are definitely doing such a great job being Alonzo's mom. How I wish my mom is just like you. As patient, caring and as loving as you are. God bless you more 💜

Hi Jana, new subbie here. So glad I came across your Instagram account. Our daughter has the same condition as Alonzo's. She's diagnosed with GDD also but she also has focal cerebral atrophy. She had jaundice when she was a newborn which probably may have caused her neurological condition. She also underwent EEG, Chromosomal Analysis (Karyotype), 2D Echo. We're about to see a DevPed and Pedia Optha soon for her eyes. And her BAER was rescheduled as she cannot fall asleep deep enough to get a good recording. We're planning on doing a barium swallow study as well but it's too expensive. If Zo has silent seizures, I suggest do a sleep study also.
Our daughter also had episodes of dysphagia. She still has difficulties in swallowing now but at least getting better. To help him more with his swallowing, try to search for facial exercises you can do at home. You may also use ice pack or cold jade roller.

Sa ngayon po 2 plang (PT & OT) pero soon may speech and ABA pa po. Mabigat po tlga momshie Jana yung mga therapy pero malaking tulong po yan sa future nya. Malaking tulong din po ang follow up sa bahay pra mapabilis po ang progress ni Zo. Laban lang momsh, yes God will provide po kaya dont give up. #TeamDontSkipAds tayo mga momsh pra mas makatulong po tayo kay Mommy Jana and Zo 🥰🥰🥰😇😇😇

Dr. Fe Del Mundo po has Rehab Medicine. Dr. Angela Garcia..and the therapist Kuya Edsel.. They are the best. And helped improved my son. Hindi lan po tlg namin nasustain kc we are from Cavite. And session is P600.. now hndi ko lng sure how much na.

How I wish I could share to you the ideas that my son is using at his special needs school here in New Zealand they are really good. How about ask help from the LGUs.
Hindi naman po siguro dahil sa sakit mo yun momshie coz my aunt din po may 3 kids na then yung bunso lang po yung may CP. So far my cousin is 10 years old na po but nakakalumgkot lang is naka special stroller lang po talaga sya... So laban lang po tayo momshie jana...
