Plus driving on a sealed drive can cause tracks to appear in the surface layer it will look awful in time. Block paving should be left alone to weather and it will darken as efflorescence goes away over a couple of months.

Perhaps a light poerwashing for worst blocks but and just leave it. if powerwashing is done always remember to brush kiln dried sand back into the joints as it acts as friction between the blocks and helps lock the drive together.

As a landscaper, I was most excited to see the great landscaping that was going to be out in. However, there’s just way too many sharp corners and it’s doesn’t flow at all, it need curves. To each their own I suppose.

I'd be a little concerned too about security. I live in the UK and was able to locate your plot of land in google earth within 5 minutes of watching your very first video. I would be careful with a pressure cleaner. Yes, it’s fast and easy BUT this will cause micro holes in which moss will grow. Use a garden hose and broom instead

Make sure to wipe down all of the walls and ceiling for dust on the inside, I’ve had three new builds that look spotless but they had a metric ton of dust inside. Wipe those babies down. Buy two or three swiffers and attach towels to them to wipe the walls
1: THE CONCRETE IN YOUR POOL WILL CUT YOUR FEET!!! trust me, it hurts. 2: The waterfalls in your pool will eventually be filled with rocks and you'll have to clean it or else it wont produce water evenly. 3: remember to turn on the water on your slide or else it will seriously hurt, coming from experience. have fun!!!

Although your NVR may be a 4K HDMI output, and maybe some of your fixed cameras are the 4K models, the 3 PTZ w/Autotracking cameras themselves that you mentioned and one you showed, are only 2MP 1080p. Still a nice piece and love working with and using them in jobs. They just released a 4MP mini PTZ that are pretty cool as well. I live in the area and do all the same type of work. So if you ever feel like the company you used or the owner/operator himself is difficult at “hart” to work with, shoot me a message and I’ll help you out. Beautiful home all around though
X-Craft the sidewalks are technically government land and the man’s past it down to the road but sidewalks are paid for and maintained by the homeowner so they can do what they want with them. All you are required to do is put in the sidewalk and it is the correct width, depth etc of the rest of the sidewalks in the neighborhood.
If it is indeed pigeons may I suggest looking into Eagle Eye pigeon deterrent system. I work for a Pest Control Company and we have installed these where Pigeons were a huge concern.

Pools have a coating that is usually a type of ceramic. Concrete floors for pools are mostly for big public pools because its cheap not to put it on.
