I really enjoyed this video. Not only did I learn something but because you have such a calm soothing voice I was able to do my stretching and strengthening exercises. Thank you so very much
thanks for joining me Live Kathy, I had such a fun time and can't wait for my next one in 2 days time (Thurs 23rd 8am Brisbane - which is Wed 22nd in the US lol)
I'm so embarrassed that I missed this post...I can see you all had a great time and of course your card is fabulous, Therese! I also love the card you created for the original challenge...the cars are adorable! I checked the time zone converter. 8pm in Brisbane on the 11th is 5am for me in New Jersey, also on the 11th. I'm sorry...5 am is just a little too early in the morning for me. I'll have to check in with you when I wake up :) Thank you so much for a fun podcast! I really enjoyed watching you create in real-time ♥
Oh it would have been wonderful Barb, maybe next time.... Feb 11th at 8am Brisbane which is Feb 10th at 6pm New York time (though my original calculations worked it out to be 5pm.... so not sure why it came up 6pm this time.... isn't it confusing, so that makes it 5 or 6pm Feb 10th your time lol.) Its great that I can save it for people to watch after if they want and I also get to read the comments which I can't do as I am creating. So glad you took the time to join me!
Bummer, I missed your live!! But I watched it and really enjoyed it. And, I really DIG the card. The big plus is your SWEET & FUN SPIRIT!! I am looking forward to your next live. Thanks so much for sharing. Arlene
Ooh yes I was upset that the time zone didn't work out well for the UK & Europe... actually that whole time zone. But I know that we have the daylight savings changes coming up soon and I wonder if that may help. But thanks so much for joining me Louise it's really like crafting together!
Didn’t get to see this in real time. Hopefully next time! But isn’t it wonderful and amazing that people from all around the globe can join together for this! Time zones are really confusing. I am in the middle of the United States (Ohio), my kids both live on the west coast and my sister is in Arizona ( which doesn’t do daylight savings time). So it can be a nightmare sometimes to coordinate a time for us all to “chat”. As always, thanks for sharing your skill and love of card making!
Yes, I agree the time zones can become very confusing. I live on the border and work in the next state which does not have daylight saving so I leave for work at 8am to start at 7am.... it's definitely confusing, but it only lasts for 6 months of the year lol.
I was so glad to see the replay since I missed your live (next time!). You came up with a great take on the sketch! Bold graphic cards are great for guys. My husband also loves outdoor images, golf stuff or funny images and sentiments. Sad CTS is going away, I learned alot about making CAS card designs by observing the DT's take on the sketches, back when I was more into layered styles. But I think that was after you left the team. And I'm still learning lots from you! Thanks for the great video!
Awesome card Therese! I didn’t catch you live, but had a long coffee break (avoiding Friday housework time!) and caught up! I also think that your older card is cute! P.S. I too am frivolous! ❤️
Yes I have been avoiding house work myself .. I have too many cards to make lol. Ps we've booked a camping weekend at woodgate Beach in march to catch up with my brother
Watched part of the live, but couldn’t figure out how to join the conversation. 😕 Just finished watching the whole way through; lovely card! Your original with this sketch was a cute masculine card as well. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for joining the live Kristina. My understanding is that you can't comment unless you are logged into TH-cam as yourself. Hope this helps and I hope to talk with you at my next live.
Listening on the replay! Did I hear you say your husband was from Michigan? We're in Holland, Michigan! Love listening & watching your videos. Makes me feel like I'm chatting with a friend in my dinning room! 😉
I really loved the long daylight afternoons in daylight savings.... it was always nice how it cooled down in the evenings. I remember when I lived in the UK it was daylight until 11pm, now that was weird, in a good way lol.
Thank you for your feedback Mrs Rolin Nething. This was my very first LIVE video and I was nervous as I was learning how to use the platform, which of course I still am. These longer videos are unedited so they will always have extra thinking time and organising in them so that is why I have added the time stamps at the bottom of the video so that you can go to the portion of the video that suits you. Thank you so much for your patience, I hope you have the most fabulous and crafty day. Tx
I really enjoyed this video. Not only did I learn something but because you have such a calm soothing voice I was able to do my stretching and strengthening exercises. Thank you so very much
Glad you enjoyed it Renee!
I’m watching this a couple weeks later......I do like this card, a nice geometric flair and good happy colors in those stripes. TFS, Therese! 💌

Just caught the sketch tutorial. Masculine Birthday card...Loved it, so clean and nice. Saved the video for sure.
Awesome! Thank you Andrea!
So fun! Can't wait for more live vids!!
Glad youe enjoyed this Amy, I was so excited to finally go LIVE and can't wait for the next one myself!
That is a great card... endless in color and shapes...winner
Thank you Valda, it was such fun to make!

Fun take on the sketch, Therese! Like the idea of not matching stripes! Perfect masculine! :)
Glad you like it Helen, hope you have a fabulous week!
I couldn't make the live but so enjoyed watching this later on. The card was brilliant and I am so inspired.
Soooo happy that you joined me post live lol. I had such a fun time, its like being able to craft with my friends!
Loved this idea, so clever. I have just done some stripes for a masculine card.
Don't the stripes work perfectly on a masculine card!

@@lostinpaper Woodgate beach is beautiful! We used to camp at Kinkuna 3-4 times a year. ❤️
I had so much fun watching you create this card. It’s great and I’d give it to any man in my life. Thank you, I’ll try to catch it live next time!!!

As a Victorian. I love daylight saving...am always ready for it to start and end

Great card for anyone.....
And you could really mix up the colour combos to personalise it!
Your card from 2013 is adorable
Thanks so much it's funny that I had forgotten that I made it lol
shucks! I missed you live. Watching now though.
Yay! Hope you enjoyed it
I get here when I can. Pennsylvania
Yay! Hello Dee Dee
Too much chatter. Supplies should have been chosen before video started. Over 15 minutes and still haven't started the card.
