Most of the people like rare stakes thats why they prepare it that way. If someone asks for well done or very well done, it can be very well cooked. I too personally like well done or very well done. Worst of all hate any kind of raw meat or raw eggs.Not sure how a boiled stake would taste like, not eaten or heard of. Is stakes prepared that way too? But have eaten thats shallow fried in oil and then baked in oven. Like the charcoal grill bbq more though.
