Little kids that appear in SNL sketches are usually mute; little more than props. Not this time! These kids were completely adorable. Especially little Hoda and little Fran! And did you see little Barbie wink at the camera? That was great! This is my favorite sketch so far this season.

The Fran Drescher impersonator was like if you had to impersonate Fran Drescher after only ever having seen someone on Hollywood Blvd doing an impression. Fran Drescher has like a dozen unique qualities to her voice and mannerisms and the woman playing her nailed about… a quarter of one of those qualities lol.

If you asked me (without having seen their impressions) who would do a better Fran Drescher on SNL: Sara Sherman or Sophia Vergara, never would I have imagined the correct answer to be Sophia.
The perfect analogy for the particular group of people who can't understand very complicated concepts such as "we want a bigger share of the profit" and yet can understand union's negotiation strategies when explained with chocolate.
As the parent of working child actors, I am happy that the majority of these comments are in acknowledgement of the talent of these children. I would just like to note, that MOST working child actors are AT LEAST this talented. It is truly not a RARITY. What is a rare, however, is these young performers getting the respect and recognition that their talents and works are due. I hope that after these strikes are over, the plight of the child actor becomes the next thing brought to the table, because we are still miles away from making it right for them. Also, this was brilliant 🎉

The full school uniform only came around for the movies-ironically, Chris Columbus said that's because when they did their first wardrobe tests based on Mary GrandPre's illustrations for the books the kids looked like they were wearing Halloween costumes.
