Season may not have ended how we wanted but I will continue to ride for the Aces! Nothing can take away being Back-to-Back Champs! The off season will bring some changes but whatever happens, keep building the winning culture and we'll get back there!
I blame the Aces management for not having the forsight to see that Candace Parker would not be able to return; and make a move in free agency to get another power forward who could add more height, scoring, and rebounding. I could see myself that the chances were slim Candace would return.

Chelsea is absolutely right, with all the ups and downs they’ve had this season, to still end it in game four of the semifinals is an accomplishment. They overcame obstacles and put up a heck of a fight. So proud of them.

I feel like Vegas needs another solid Big and better ex factor role players they are not missing much but they truly need more since they looked out match by the size of NY. First team in the WNBA to get a back-to-back since 2001-2002 (& they only did it after Cynthia Cooper retired from the WNBA lol). If Parker's health had held up and Chelsea Gray hadn't gotten such a significant injury, the Aces may have 3peated, but that's the way the game goes. A'ja is the first player to win MVP unanimously since Cynthia Cooper in 1997, the first year of the league! What a record to break!
They gave her the mvp before the season even started. She's an industry plant. Never gets called for fouls she commits and goes to the line when someone breathes on her

Seeing A'ja's historic 2024 WNBA season, and seeing her live once in Dallas, has been a great joy & memory for me. Friday night's game 3 against the Liberty showed the Aces still do have it but as it was an inconsistent season for all but A'ja, the inconsistency reared its ugly head again in Sunday's game. I am so interested in what can change players', a team's, mentality like that. I miss the great instincts, confidence and quick decisions. I think Jackie got worn out physically and mentally in the first half of the season trying to fill in for Chelsea. Chelsea (our other MVP) is such a HUGE part of the Aces' success, clear to see as she was getting back to her regular self late in the season & still not 100%. Hoping we can get like other teams and have more bigs on the team next year because our warrior guards are magnificent but they are having to work too hard against bigger teams despite having the best player in the world on both ends of the court, A'ja Wilson! Protect A'ja, Chelsea, JYO, Kelsey, Alysha, Tip in December expansion draft, please!
I’m awed at what Cynthia Cooper and the Houston Comets were able to accomplish nearly 30 years ago. Four in a row 😮🤯 Back to back is tough and the Aces were able to do it. Three in a row nearly impossible. I love this team. My ❤ is with NYL but I love the Aces.

They got the defense (Friday night game 3), they just forget it at home some days lol. Plus, A'ja was having to run back and forth across the paint to defend the paint, and dang, she did it, but that's too much to ask!

Syd pretty good and Martin pretty good. Kelsey doesn't like to play D best I can tell. Megan hustles but we need bigger and better unfortunately.

They got the defense (Friday night game 3), they just forget it at home some days lol. Plus, A'ja was having to run back and forth across the paint to defend the paint, and dang, she did it, but that's too much to ask!
@@swamppop2667 A'ja and AC are the only ones that play defense. tbh it is so frustrating to watch. There's a few players on the bench that want to play both side of the ball but they are mid at offense.
@@naten555 I think Gray plays more defense than she gets credit for. Young until last half of the season is a great defensive player. Stokes is great at defense but won't shoot. Syd pretty good and Martin pretty good. Kelsey doesn't like to play D best I can tell. Megan hustles but we need bigger and better unfortunately.
