If you enjoy the Infinite Crisis omnibus, I’d also recommend: -52 (just the number, not to be confused with any of the New 52 titles). After Infinite Crisis ends, all the DC books’ stories jumped ahead a year, and 52 was a 52-issue weekly series that detailed what happened during that time skip. It’s awesome and is all collected in the 52 omnibus (the writers are Geoff Johns, Grant Morrison, Greg Rucka, and Mark Waid) -Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) by Keith Giffin and John Rogers - this recently got a rerelease in two 12-issue trades, and follows Jaime, the newest person to become Blue Beetle. He is introduced in Infinite Crisis, and then this series follows what happened to him the one year after Infinite Crisis, and learning to become a superhero but also the true nature of the scarab that gives him his powers. Also if you’re a Teen Titans fan, you’ll likely enjoy New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman which was the inspiration for most of the Teen Titans cartoon of the 2000’s, and Geoff Johns’ Teen Titans which ends up eventually connecting to the events of Infinite Crisis (and both of these Titans series are available in omnibuses)
Now THAT is a serios collection! I really gotta have a look at Invincible myself sometime. It's praised by many, yet I never had it in my hands. Didn't watch the show. So it would be definitely an exciting read! Awesome video by the way!
There's this award ceremony equivalent to the Oscars but that's intended for comics. It's called the Eisner Awards. A series called Sandman has collected about 26 of those awards, making it one of the most acclaimed comic series of all time. So in case you're looking for what to read next, I highly suggest this one 👌
@castlinh4388 I actually bought the first omnibus from Amazon a long time ago. I had no idea what it was about, but it was on sale. Wow, it has 26 awards?! Thank you for the suggestion! I'm looking forward to reading it.
Great video. If you like the Teen Titans, you really need to get the New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman and George Perez omnibus volumes. It is the best Titans stories, and fantastic art. No Titans collection is complete without them.
Nice Collection Jess! If you like the injustice series you should definitely read the comic book series named supreme power! It is a story inhabited by characters that resemble the dc universe, its like a darker more mature take on it, highly recommend it!
Nice collection 💪😁. Injustice is one of my favs. That year zero you have to read it's a good set up to injustice. I want to get the Strain but I would like if they collect it all in one book. Those Invincibles and Spawn compendiums are dope as well.
Almost all of the Rebirth books are really good, Rebirth Detective Comics, Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Nightwing, etc, get more of them. A few of them are now in omnibus format such as Joshua Williamsons The Flash vol. 1 omnibus.
Ah, the Wonder Woman Rebirth run by Greg Rucka was so good! I regret getting the paperbacks and wish I had the hardcovers so I’m hoping the run gets an omnibus someday. I did just get the Superman Rebirth omnibus by Peter J. Tomasi which I’m looking forward to reading.
@@doctordoom85 Did you like House of X/ Powers of X? I also read Dawn of X and the event book X of Swords but there was also a conclusion to House/Powers of X called Inferno. Of course after Reign of X and Trials of X comes Sins of Sinister. That might be the end of them. Well yeah Wonder Woman by Azzarello was the New52 Wonder Woman which is actually worth reading and the Rebirth wonder woman by Rucca was not bad but it was short, than wonder woman continued for a while after Rebirth and became The Witching Hour for the Justice League Dark Rebirth run which is good and it has a new omnibus. I have it all but i did not read it. I'd give you my books but you are not likely in Canada.
@@jessthenerd999 It is not too bad. It is what people used to go to when the x-men movies came out a long time ago. The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are brother and sister and that place Genosha is a notable place so there's the omnibuses called War of Kings which come after House of X that have the Inhumans in that storyline which is the Marvel Cosmic stories and Quicksilver and his wife who he had a child with, he tries to restore powers to mutants using the terrigen crystals. But it is an old book "House of M" which kicks off the Avengers run of Michael Bendis which is a long run. I had it all at one point in time in collected editions. Anyway here is a pic of my books. I read that Dawn of X stuff up to Reign of X vol. 8 so far. So anyway if you read House of M Omnibus than you will need to than read that huge long Avengers comic book run by Bendis, so I don't know. Next Is Hickman's Avengers/Secret Warriors and it is good but usually faster pace for new readers. I have all the rebirth stuff, check it out on my Facebook: facebook.com/dean.kutryk
@@jessthenerd999 Honestly all of them because each expansion adds something new to the game. I’ve been lucky enough to have friends to play it and I’ve played every expansion with them. Right now I’m waiting on the new kickstarter expansion (Justice League Dark) to arrive in the mail. I even have the other non-DC deck building games that uses the same card mechanics and is compatible with DC like Naruto, Street Fighter, and Rick and Morty. But if I had to choose probably the original and Heroes United. Sorry for the long rant I really do love that game. 😆
I supported the injustice kick starter and coud'nt afford the dark one after that:( those 2 are my favorite as well!! I've been wanting the naruto one for so long but it's so expensive 😔
@@jessthenerd999 Yeah I got Naruto when it was out of print even a few years ago. I just looked it up and it’s around double the price when I got mine. It’s a fun game and I wished Cryptozoic had gone ahead with an expansion that they were making.

52 the one with Booster Gold and the 4 horse men?
@@jessthenerd999 That’s the one!

Jelly of them Green lantern comics
I just bought volume 1 omnibus! I finally got the complete collection (:
You're the first person I've seen to own any spawn comic
