Ingredients for Dum aaloo
To grind
1 tablespoon oil
6 to 8 cashew nuts
4 kashmiri red chillies
1 tablespoon ginger garlic grated
1 big onion
2 to 3 tomatoes
Other ingredients
500 gm baby potatoes, peeled and washed
Oil to fry potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 small piece cinnamon
2 cardamom
4 cloves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 to 2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1.5 teaspoon coriander powder
Chilli powder to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Handful of coriander leaves
2 green chillies slit
Salt to taste
1 to 1.5 teaspoon sugar

Buy the one which says Mikrobelles Lab in the ingredients list. Don't buy if it's mentioned Tierisches Lab in the ingredients list. That one is Non-veg. Also look for 'ohne Gentechnik' in the front cover of the cheese
