Hi there I have this feather weight singer it be doing great until I tried to change the stitch dial to another stitch I wanted to use it is stucked not moving what do I do pls

Thank you for the helpful video. Info is excellent but it would have been better without the music.... had to turn down sound completely and use sub tittles to follow the video.
