Start a fishing, touring, sight seeing or even cab business, take out loan then move to tropical location and hope to god it works out. I guess. 😂

My first cruising boat was an old Tahiti ketch that cost $7000 dollars, and I bought it on payments with nothing down because he couldn’t sell it otherwise. We had so many great adventures on that boat and she took us through some scary dark nights. I worked as we sailed taking care of fancy people’s boats, and they were always broken down.
Дом для отдыха на воде, возле берега, для больших переходов надо проше, скромнее ибо если куда-то ходить всю эту прелесть надо обслуживать, а как говорится даже люксовые авто мобили отказывают, а море есть море и не одна фирма не даст100 процентов гарантии надёжности.

As an 'old fart' sailor and boat builder , I find most of these newest designs lack personality and warmth . I see nice innovative features on some , but the overall all aesthetic is not much to my liking . I like my boats to look like a boat and not so much like an apartment .

The best boat is the one that doesnt make sound creakly. This give a trust feeling according to the boat.

The top ,is the top quality material. Deck Wood is the worst option on sea.for interior only marine plywood is the option. Stainless steel 416 gel coat plywood is the top quality . Melamine termoglue is not marine option.
Really bad video... had to stop at 2nd boat. Felt like i was on a japanese subway car with all the people scrambling around with the weird mind control music playing.
