Quick Easy Chicken Pulao | White Chicken Pulao | चिकन व्हाइट पुलाव
Ingredients
Cooking oil - 3/4 cup
Potato - 5 to 6 medium sized
Caraway seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick - 2 inches
Star Anise - 2
Green Cardamom - 5
Black Cardamom - 3
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf - 2
Medium Sized onion - 2 Sliced
Green Chilies - 10 to 12
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Chopped Tomatoes - 1 medium sized
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Fennels Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Chicken - 750 grams
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
750 grams rice (Basmati preferable )
Water - 6 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
