Hey Roxanne, is there a way I can research more on the respective exercises? So I can see what they work, and what should I pay attention to? I know I could probably just google them individually, but if there is something you have prepared, please :)
The abs are generally hard. I need to find a way to deal with hurting taibone (probably just good mat is enough), then how not to make my neck hurt during it (usually not an issue, if I can keep the head down or fully curl, but not in-between) and most importantly how to deal with popping in the hip joints (mostly left) when extending the legs for leg switch?
Soft surface, try putting your towel under the tail bone for extra cushioning. Honestly when I started doing leg lowers my hip would pop or grind and the stronger I got the stronger the joints did and the popping stopped. I am not saying that this is 100% what you have but could be similar. You can use your hands behind your head to rest your neck and not strain it as much, just make sure your not pulling your head up in the ab curl and are using your abs.
