Best time to visit Sindh in Car

Sindh (Pakistan) is equipped with beautiful sites but make sure to plan your trips on specific times of the year.
Infrastructure is overall very good, there are properly paved roads through out and the people are welcoming.

You forgot about Thar (Mithi, Islamkot, Naukot, NangarParkar etc.) the best time to visit is July & August during rainy days. It becomes truly mesmerizing during this time and is worth visiting.
