New War Robots Test Server today: Generally - I like many changes like the one for Mender and Weyland.
Personally I can also understand why Storm is being looked at. But I personally would rather have a look at Ravana and Scorpion rather than at Storm. Because the robots in my opinon (for example the fact that Ravana removes any negative effect with every single abiity use) is a problem. That you can never lock him down and prevent him from getting into your shield or too close with storms. Thats where problems in my opinion come from. Not so much Storm itself. I feel like STorm works as intended.
And I liked the Redeemers before, too. So. But what do you think?=

I completely agree manni, the strorm isn't the problem, no one is complaining about the weapon on any other bot. They are just making storms deal the same damage as coronas but without lockdown

Manni I get what you mean by the storm shouldn't be looked at and to look at the bots instead I did win your scorpion giveaway and I love it but you can put most weapons on the ravana and scorpion to make it work as they are complete destructive meta machines
For the ravana I think nerfing the HP and increasing the cooldown time for its abilities would be better and make its ability more like another phase shift
The scorpion I need to use more to see how it could be changed as it is OP

if they do any type of nerf for ravana,they cant fixed that storm problem,because ravana had 3 ability with legendry pilot,and if they use paheshift with 50% hp ability then ravana has (3-ability+2 paheshift) 5 time ability is more than ennough to close someone and kill him easily using storm

Manni, there were many bugs with the test server, some leaches had resistance forever.
I am not sure if thats just a bug. Or if people did something to make that happen .

we don't want another nerf for storm. i'm using 5 storms in my hanger 3 on ravana and 2 on scorpion and i purchased and upgrade sharp shooter for storm...i thik reason of nerfing is cheap price of storm and they just forcing us to use corona...that's very bad for free to play players.

my version of rebalance:
ravana cannot equip phase shift, using abillity doesn't clear negative effects, abillity only lasts 2 seconds
scorpion's abillity can only work in 300 meters, only 25 percent damage resistance during abillity

i respectful disagree, scorpion isnt powerful at all, 25% resistance? migh as well not having any with such low hp, it works very well only in ffa for killstealing but not so much in team based modes

the endless leech ability isnt because they were cheating, its a bug in the test server, you have to equip a drone without microchips in the leech, and that way you get endless resistance
I totally agree with Manni, Imagine how mad people who invested in Storms will be with Pixonic after ANOTHER nerf... Lets just hope they listen to Manni because they never seem to listen to the rest of us playing.
Hey Manni thx for addressing the ravana I hope they make changes. Yesterday I was playing war robots and 2 ravana on the other team were just going around dominating the arena because im only in expert league 2 so people couldn’t do anything against it, not to mention I was running away from one and It was impossible to escape. I also played a match where I was as my titan fighting a ravana and the ravana kept shooting me, then running behind cover to where he could just regenerate his ability and health and come back out and shoot me, and because I was running the kid, it was not fast enough to keep up with the Ravana. And lastly what makes the ravana annoying is everyone has one, and for the people that don’t have one and have to fight against it, it can get really frustrating seeing a robot u can’t escape take u down very quickly. Thank You again for addressing the ravana. :)

Nerfing the bots won't force sales of silver and weapons, profits are the determining factor in any decision that pixonic makes about the game. They don't care about the gameplay, only what makes money. They certainly don't care about any players, whales or not. Pixonic always exploits the pay to win players and laughs at them with every nerf knowing that they will spend again and drives out any free player that could become a pay to player. Constantly shrinking player base is proof. And since the culture isn't changing, that proves that pixonic wants it that way. DON'T THINK THAT THEY CARE, YOUR ALL JUST POTENTIAL INCOME!!!!!!! Hey manny there are microchips for drones that reduces the ability cooldown 5s that's why you see the leech leeching in so many times.
I still think that storm should not be nerfed because for a typical ravana to have 3 storms u need 7500 gold which is like nearly a 3 to 4 month quest to complete. And EVEN AFTER that u need atleast u need atleast 370 million silver to upgrade to mk 2. So no I don't think that the nerf to storms is fair

3/ a behemoth getting resistance in its 4 gun mode would be great. The behemoth should be more tanky.
4/ limit scorpion and especially Ravana by decreasing their durability. Not their abilities.
And what would you say if the Ravan could be locked down? And stay locked for 5 seconds also with the ability active? (exception being phase shift) But Ravana ability not removing lockdown or suppression? I think thats very important to having a chance to keep it away from you.

As a Weyland user, this buff is game changing for me. Now I no longer need to cower in fear behind cover, I can actually stay out in the open for longer and deal damage along with my healing. Though the main problem with weyland is that teammates never want to be healed by you and most would just walk out the circle.

I've said it once I've said it twice and I'll say it again they nerf these weapons after everybody spends all their money leveling them up. so people will focus on spending more money on other weapons Because the creators are robbing us we pay for these weapons we should be able to keep these weapons just the way they are when we bought them Because that is the reason why we bought them Regard less of the ability on a robot the weapon is the weapon if people find good builds with the robots and weapons it is what it is that's the point of the game don't take it from the people once they find it

It was buffed imo, shooting faster means you miss less.
Its takes longer time to unload ur clip... This mechanism is very bad... U will notice it... This is a nerf... Ppl just need some commonsense to understand this... Change in mechanism = nerf... Change in shotguns mechanism= nerf..Change in taran mechanism= nerf....

My opinion on the storm nerf is that it puts f2p players at a big disadvantage, since p2w players can just use corona or whatever the next most powerful thing is, while f2p players can’t easily switch to a more expensive weapon. That is mostly why I don’t agree with it.

I was thinking of getting a weyland, still not sure if I should get one. Wouldn't a tyr robot be much better. It can heal nearby enemys, has very decent fire power, has a physical shield and can move while healing.

I also agreed with what you said about the scorpion. To have a slight pause before firing after teleporting. Just a second or so for you to start putting some distance between yourself and the enemy, to give yourself a fighting chance. Great video!!
I tried using storm on Fenrir and and Ares, it's not effective. Only on Ravana it's good because it can phase shift 4 times continuously if you have Arnav pilot and phase shift module.

The healing bots really needed a buff,one most interesting and important idea i like to mention is that a new facility should come where it only allows a particular robot only one time in a hangar this would allow most versatility and fun in the game,thus reduces chances of seeing same robots over and over gain

Even I noticed unlimited leech ability. The guy was not dying at all.
Lol, imagine the cannibal reactors in the live server in their current condition. Titan weapons even without buffs can kill normal bots pretty easily. Put some cannibal reactors on a dragoon Ming and you can delete any robot (titan or otherwise) within 10 seconds. Also, Ao Ming should get a huge speed nerf. Most of the time my Arthur shield is worthless because they can simply sprint towards me, then fly up and render my shield completely useless. Maybe if I wasn’t fighting maxed Ao Mings every match with my lvl 45 Arthur and lvl 11 weapons I could stand a chance...
Being that the storm nerf is in part because of the Ravanna and Scorpion, I wish you would have tested those builds rather than the leech. There are 10X more Ravanna/storm in the game now than leech/storm.
When using the storm leech (with 4 storms as opposed to 3 on Ravanna) you get an extra 67k burst damage with the nerf

Hi Manni. what processor do you have? AMD or intel? 9900k? or ryzen 9 3900x?
I think that the robots that are overpowered with those weapons were the ones that needs to get nerfed, because if the weapons get nerfed again, what chance does the weaker ones with those weapons get from the better bots? For example, if the ravana's skill was shorter, maybe other robots have a chance, but because the weapons are the ones that are nerfed, people would just recharge their abilities again. Ravana's with nerfed storms will still rule the whole battle because they can still stall time, waste abilities, and drain the heck out of everyone's firepower.

I have an interesting concept for the Weyland, like the nodens the more people he heals the more damage resistance he gets, like 10% per person so if u are healing the whole team then u could have 50% damage resistance, would make it a viable option even in high level champion squad play
Another problem for F2P players is the Meta. We F2P can't simply keep up on the meta. We work for months on end, building our components and robots, and then whooped out of existence by a skill-less, pay to win with maxed MK2 stuff. Our hard work doesn't even pay off the slightest. I'm done with this game.
In this game going for the meta is not worth it. To keep up with meta you gotta use older bots. Like stridet falcon and others.
It's mainly on my experience. I'm in Diamond league and Champion players are going to Thanos snap you out of existence. I used to enjoy it in Expert league. However, since I was introduced into Diamond, a lot of games were full of meta bots and I deplete my hangar of bots in 2-3 minutes.

Waylands biggest problem as always been how slow it is at activating its healing and un activating its ability and then how slow it is at walking.
The wayland was basically buffed at the beginning, it had to many things wrong with it that made it a sitting duck.
The wayland needs to be alot faster at walking with the healing ability constantly on without it having to stop and not been able to move then it might have more interest.
Two possibilities: 1) Pixo is incompetent in balancing 2) Pixo is a criminal enterprise that knowingly distorts the balance to sell "power", and nerfs any means to counter that power. My money is on 2).
Thanks for the update on pixonics thinking. I agree with your comments concerning the mender. It was a good bot at one time but the other healer bots left it lacking. Storms are hardcore when they are close if you have them maxed. From a distance they have been pathetic. Redeemer needed a buff. I have been playing a couple years and just now got a 2nd redeemer. Low level redeemer was useless in my opinion. Maybe 9 and above would work but other weapons caught my eye. However, I did notice the top players always had a pair. Let's see how all this plays out. They have made it complicated for sure.
Now I can shine with the Weyland that I had sleeping in the inventory. Although the Weyland should be made a little faster than usual in my opinion. 🤔🧐

Hey Manny, don’t you think the nerf should be on the Ravana than rather the Storm? The 3 phaseshift create a huge problem with any weapon... plus you can’t lock the Ravana because it releases from lockdown when it uses the ability

The Ravana is the problem not the Storm. Rather than nerf the weapon to “rebalance” ....don’t build a bot with an ability that can be stacked with phase shift , legendary pilot that adds another , a cloak that adds another, pilot abilities that shorten the cool down etc. etc. etc..... if you run Poe phase shift should not be available nor should the cloak. The cool down needs to be lengthened....at almost 400k HP with overlapping transcendence abilities the bot is the problem...not the storm which is a gold weapon. The 15% equates to leech having 3.4 un-nerfed weapons instead of 4 and Ravana has 2.55 instead of 3

There was a weird bug in the test server where if you fly with a Nightingale it would stay in stealth forever and if you leech you would stay in the leech Ability forever
Manni in one of my arena matches I fought an ao jun that never stopped being in stealth and could fire with his build in flame thrower forever and he was also on the ground the whole time

I like the Mender buff, it's a very good one.
I agree with you Manni, i think that the ability of Mender may change a little bit. Maybe when you use the ability just get speed for a few seconds and after that you start to healing, but also you may accelerate the healing of you want to, pressing again the bottom of the ability.
I actually thought pixonic is gonna nerf the storms out of the trace of the earth , but im betting the storms are probably still effective so im expecting storms are probably gonna be nerfed *AGAIN* 2 to 3 months if it is still effective
And wow I had the same idea as Manni, I have a behemoth and I always thought it should get damage resistance when it deploys or something
Anyone else been having the problem of au juns landing and still being in stealth? Like they hit the ground and still walk around in stealth with thier flamethrowers active. This has been a daily occurence in each match. Its impossible to deal with.

I've seen a recent video where ability cooldown chips on the drones let ao jun use its ability with only a 5 second cooldown, might be what you are seeing with the leeches in this video
Fully agree with the transcendence change idea. Keep the effects of suppression, lockdown etc, just make it so they don't take damage.

Glad they buffed the trebuchets a bit, still running my Butch with 4 of them, and I hate it when your mates just walk out of your healing circle, it gets mad annoying.
