Modular Momentum 4 Years into Marriott's Initiative

Four years ago, Marriott challenged the modular industry at MBI's World of Modular convention in Las Vegas, NV to make this building technology available as a viable alternative to traditional stick built construction for their franchise developers. Fast-forward to today, modular construction is in high demand and Guerdon has over a dozen hotel projects completed or currently under construction; including Marriott's largest modular hotel.

It would be great to see some cost information on the modular approach. Using the comparison of the Hyatt Place vs. AC shown around the 3:00 minute mark of the video, what was the per unit construction cost of the Hyatt Place vs. the per unit construction costs of the AC?
