Welcome back! What an amazing time the cruise was for all of you! A dream trip indeed! It has been added to my bucket list! Again, I am so appreciative of your common sense knowledge and excellent way of sharing it with us. Happy healing and catching up with life back home. (Amsterdam is also one of my favorite places on earth! The museums, the canals, the food, the flowers! Wow!)
I would go back to Amsterdam just for the food. And the museums. And the canals. And the people. And the flowers!

So great to see you again here! About a year ago as I "found" floss tube, you were the first teacher I found ... And still my favorite one! Hope you are continuing to feel better
Last April I was blessed to see The Milkmaid in the Vermeer exhibit
... Wow. The blues of the fabric. The fluidity of the milk. The light! We are returning to Amsterdam at the end of our first river cruise next month and I will think of you when we revisit the Rijks.
I'm so glad we found each other and share a love of "her"!!

I've spotted your America pattern a few years ago, during your flosstubes..I can't wait to start ( and finish ) it! Very curious what changes you might include.... Take good care of yourself, and feel good soon!!!
I don't expect any noticeable changes ... just minor stuff.
Just finished reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society so I knew what you were referring to about the WWII connection.
Happy to see you back, and hope you are feeling 100% again soon...nerve pain is awful. Loved seeing your trip pictures, and thanks for the reminder about not putting precious things in plastic storage bags and keeping contact information with our project bags.

I love seeing and hearing about other's experiences from this cruise and the places we visited. So many of you are much better photographers than I am and put more "thought" into some of your shots!!! Plus, it's just great to revisit the trip over and over. I'm glad your back is getting better - and I look forward to the 2026 destinations!

Thanks for the catch up. So good to see you again. Tell us the difference between a ‘floss tube at sea’ cruise and one of your traditional cruises. I traveled with you last Sept on the cruise out of Boston.
