Incredible looking machine. I've never had the chance to play Congo, but I too have heard how nice it plays. I think the red LED eyes really make that pop against all the green. Nice work!
Great ending on the video. I think you are right, Congo probably is that hidden gem. People are so fixated on the top 20 pinball machines when there are 100s of machines that are great to play. And TNT happens to have all of them listed in the inventory ... How about that! Great video
I played this yesterday at Pintastic. Great, addictive game! Was it possible to light the gray ape's eyes? It's so dark down there, it would give it a bit more light.
What's the difference between the regular models and the conversion kits? I know the conversion kits used a widebody cabinet, but is there anything on the playfield that's different?
We will do one when we have one in stock, and then someone orders it! All the videos we do are of machines that are sold---we then send the video to the games new owner for final approval---which of course, are thrilled and pleased with the turnout!
Todd, Just an update if you don’t know, The Deluxe Cushioned Targets you mentioned (Highendpinball) Name was changed a few years ago to Top-notch Target Shields.
Nice work as always boys! I never knew about pinball conversion kits, that was interesting! Did the kits come with new side art decals or how did that work?
@@tntamusements Hi I presume mine must be a conversion kit then as the art on both sides is indeed in black and white. Just bought this title and loving it so far. |thank you for the info!
Looks really nice Todd, I finally had a chance to play one of these this year. Was a lot of fun! Did you know the super skill is to plunge into the left outlane and get the ball kicked back up by the kickback? I never knew that Williams replaced the traditional hinged board on later games, but then I have never owned a game from newer than 1993! Great vid man.
Todd Congo looks nice, As I was watching video the lower playfield window looks sort of not clear or dirty. Was that the way this game came out? I know there where issues with this on AC/DC...May be its just noticeable in the video? Keep the videos coming
Interesting you say that it's a Williams machine, because that was not the original plan. Midway wanted to release this under the Bally brand but changed their minds at the last minute. A few samples of this machine exist with the Bally name on it.
As a matter of fact I was in the Dutch Pinball Museum yesterday (Saturday) and they have on the wall the only Bally Congo decal set in the world. www.dutchpinballmuseum.com/achtergrond/ (it's all in Dutch but scroll down a bit and you will see it).
was looking for Who Dunnit :P must not be quite ready. and I agree that back glass is absurd. reminds me of Fluorescent light kits. they aren't meant to last forever. 10 yrs maybe. smh but a pinball game. oh boy. alas Pinball 2000 I dislike. Wanted me to play a video game while I'm playing pinball. no... if I wanna play one I'll go to the PC. would be neat to see a conversion one. I'd assume those include an overlay for the cab.
I certainly don't know for sure, but it does seem coincidental with the association of AIDS and Africa back in the early days of the press around the virus. That should have been WAY before the movie and game though. Interesting question!
Beautiful work, you guys do a great job with these pins.
Thanks David!!!
Stuck at home in self isolation in 2020, binge watching TNT videos.. Todds gags always crack me up...
Nicely done again Todd. Doesn't look like a game I would care to own, but it still looks sharp. I also give into beer pressure, wtg Jason!
+Paul M It certainly looks nicer than it did!

Thanks!!!
It does look sharp, awesome idea with the eyes, you guys do fantastic work.
Thanks!!!
Great Todd or captain picard :-) shop seems to be full of new jukes and pins to be fixed!
yes...people had games on layaway and suddenly pay them off....it throws off our speed for sure....as we have so many games to finish now...
TNT Amusements Inc Better to have good business, than no business.

*Guilty* Sorry Todd!
Great ending on the video.

+SirTinnlee Thank you...glad you liked the video!
It'd be interesting to see how many watts a machine pulls before and after converting everything to led
That seems like a cool place to work for
He seems like a funny boss

I am unaware of any widebody kits for Congo...I doubt they made any...only for the regular cabinets.
What kind of cleaner did you leave on there?
It's Mill Wax!
HAHAHAHA "it's raining outside, shouldn't you go get your bar of soap!"
glad we made you laugh!
@@tntamusements Love these videos. Keep them up!
Great vid ! You guys done a Pitfighter cabinet yet?? Steve..UK

Thanks...if we highlight them again, will so note!
Todd do you happen to have a game room back home to? :-)
Yes...i have 45 games in my basement game room!!
Thats cool.. maybe we can have a presentation one day! Must be one of the greatest collection i think :)
Andreas AndYAce We've had vistas of his gameroom, in previous episodes, but never a complete walk-through.
Then im looking forward for it... need to find those vistas then....
TNT Amusements Inc Video tour please, thanks. :)
That pinball and Johnny neumonic were 2 good Pinballs
Yes!!
Nice work as always boys! I never knew about pinball conversion kits, that was interesting! Did the kits come with new side art decals or how did that work?
The actual kit came with NO sideart! That was surprising too! The replacement side art being offered was Black and White too...very odd!
@@tntamusements Hi I presume mine must be a conversion kit then as the art on both sides is indeed in black and white. Just bought this title and loving it so far. |thank you for the info!
I would have preferred GREEN eyes, but it's still awesome :)
+Damon0306 Maybe will do the next Congo with green eyes!
Next Demo Man!!! yes!
Oh, its coming!
stop eating my sesame cake!
When I researched quotes from this movie, that was the ONLY one!!

+Archyta5 Videos Thanks!!
Love your videos , can I link them to my youtube page about virtual pinball?
You are welcome to put the links in the comments! It has to get approved...so just wait...

Its pretty clear...was never crystal clear though. A neat Who Dunnit video coming tomorrow....

yes...i see that!!
I have this machine, what is worth?
6000
Todd, it looked like you enjoyed telling Pam to GET OUT.. i noticed you said that when she was well gone.
ha !
John Smith Yes...I wait until she is WELL out of view!

never liked that movie :P sigh... and that Tron part is annoying :) like waiting for an order from China. zzz 4 weeks later. oh did I order that do'h.
Who Dunnit video is almost finished...its gonna be a whopper....
Now I know most games have say no to drugs. But why does congo have a aids ad?
I do not know...does anyone out there?
I certainly don't know for sure, but it does seem coincidental with the association of AIDS and Africa back in the early days of the press around the virus. That should have been WAY before the movie and game though. Interesting question!
Can I get job in Your Company Todd?
if someone leaves....we would, of course be looking for someone else...never sure these days!
why o why did williams go with that shitty plastic board behind the backglass.
anyway, great game and another excellent job done.
The Million Dollar Question!!
It should have been modded with green leds. Green goes better with the "jungle" context and doesn't demean the species as violent animals...
The NEXT one will be green!
TNT Amusements Inc Maybe brown would go nicelly with all that green...
Congo was a stupid movie... oh well, pinball rocks.
todd is alot better than bowen kirens I don't know about bowen I hate cheats
we try our best!
