Well-done ma. I have a question. Can I make the bell sleeve cut together with the body ie no cut( no joining)at all ? OR. Can I cut the normal shoulder length and cut my normal arm hole cut and later cut my sleeve as bell sleeve because I don't want to cut the kimono and bell sleeve together.
