NEW TREND IN CYBER CRIME.*
On 16th may I received a call saying they are from dept of telecommunications .he said all my numbers would be blocked due to phishing activities , illegal activities and messages harassing women taking place from my number.I asked him to confirm the phone number. He said from ur Aadhar card there was another number from where these activities were happening.
He took initiative of connecting the call to respective police station ( fake police station). Sub inspector of police spoke to me and said there were 17 cases filed against me and I have to immediately report to Mumbai tilakanagar police station. Since I live in Bangalore I said I cannot come so he asked me to give a statement on video call and it would be recorded.
He made a video call, initially he showed his face ( image taken from google)and asked me all the details . He spoke on wireless and I heard them saying I am involved in raj Kundra money laundering case and there is arrest warrant against me. He made stories to such an extent that I started believing him. I could recognise before I could loose any money when he asked me to speak to CBI officer Akash kulhari IPS. He had used AI technology on one of the old video of Mr. Akash kulhari sir just making him make lip movements. And for my goodness I had just checked on google about him and found the same photo. To make me believe he sent me my case report , arrest warrant and reports related to raj kundra case.he made sure I am alone in the room on video and not to inform anyone since it’s a national security issue.

- [ ] Ask them ur full name since they will not be having details about u
- [ ] CBI Police investigation does not happen on calls
- [ ] No police will send arrest warrant on WhatsApp
- [ ] Use ur masked Aadhar card
- [ ] Do not tell any of ur weaknesses and even don’t show u r scared.
- [ ] Be alert and aware. Presence of mind
- [ ] Do not receive any unknown number.
I went to cyber crime to report on him and to track the numbers from where I was getting tortured but it was a failure.
Bangalore cyber crime department do not have any technology to track neither they show any interest in the case. Their recommendations were that I call back and yell as much as I can. I did not expect this response from the department.
They should get updated and protect the public in these new trend of theft and cyber crimes.

Even I got a call saying there is some parcel in my name which contains drug and custom office is calling. They told I need to pay fine or will get arrested. I only told that, ok then you can easily find out my address, no problem pls come and arrest. They called 3 4 times and tried to fool me. But i stick to my only one line come and arrest me. Then they did not call later. As madam told, don't get afraid, just tell them come and arrest

He said you have to come Bombay or give online statement said after when he asking bank information then I got realized they are cheaters. They said Mharastra police mean Bombay anderi police. If you get those call, just ask all personal details such as email id, dob, address, aadhar and pan no to caller. If they are really investigated about you they must give all details correctly. If not you say you are fake (immediately they will disconnect call) and handover the number to cyber police/cyber police website. Don't get panic in case if all details they give correctly, just say my advocate will co-ordinate with you in investigating. No agency can deny taking advocate help in any such case.
