Thank you Fr. and Brian. We are staying in a dysfunctional air bnb waiting to move into our apt. & things are kinda crazy, so this helped me to meditate on & keep my focus on Jesus, Mary & Joseph. Gloria in Excelsis Deo!
Thank you both, I enjoyed your Christmas visit here on youtube. I also always get sick for the holidays, lol. Father, your expressions are pure gold and probably half my motive for watching, lol. It's rare to see someone so at peace they don't bother masking their feelings one bit! Also watching for the insights you offer, you always put real value on the table when you talk. Many thanks for all you give us, never dreamed there are priests as grounded as you. Merry Christmas, feel better soon, love and hugs to cowardly Pio!💕
Thank you for this episode. I’ve always imagined what the Shepards thought when they were encountered by the angels. I’ve always wondered this moment. I’ve never heard anyone discuss it. Thank you and Merry Christmas
The symbolism of the nativity is amazing. Bethlehem means city of bread. Jesus said “I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is my flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” (John 6:51). Jesus was laying in a manger which is a feeding trough. The swaddling clothes is priest garments used to protect sacrificial lambs from injuries. One of the gifts the wise men brought was oils used in burial rituals. The way God sent his son into the world that night is pure love.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. (I love you too, not as much as God loves you but I do love you)❤️🙏 Just close your eyes and say “Jesus, I don’t have faith in you, please help me believe” Jesus loves you, turn to Him. He loves you so much that He died for you. ❤️
it would’ve been nice if the guy tt Father would have said the St Michael prayer along w/ Father. Clearly the guy doesn’t know the prayer. I hope he learns it so it’s not awkward next time.
God Bless You Father Reehil, you are awesome!

Fr. it just occurred to me to suggest you make a retreat sometime at the priest's retreat house at Our Lady of Ephesus Abbey.
Luv the wood carving of Jesus
Humility is key! The Litany of Humility by Cardinal Mery Del Val is an excellent daily staple.

That's funny I was wondering why he lost his voice for kind of the same question that our Blessed Mother asked! That makes sense:)

That's his brother ofc he knows it 🙄
8:37 to 11:32 Dude, let Fr. Reehil talk. I know this is your show but we need to hear the invited guest.
"Brian" Reehil? Really? WTH?
It’s his brother. 😅
Jeez.
Didn't you catch in the beginning, Father Dan asking Brian if his family still does Christmas like they did as kids?
