Oranssi Pazuzu are the most unpredictable band in metal at the moment. I can see their latest dividing metal audiences, but it's one of the most unique, mind-bending albums I've heard in quite some time.

@ yeah, they’re something else! They ended up being one of the reasons I kept returning to the album, as it definitely stood out from the crowd. That and the 20 minute self-titled track, which is a tour de force of blackened heavy metal with an intriguing lyrical story. Add in the best cover art of the year and I couldn’t not choose it as my no.1

@ yeah, they’re something else! They ended up being one of the reasons I kept returning to the album, as it definitely stood out from the crowd. That and the 20 minute self-titled track, which is a tour de force of blackened heavy metal with an intriguing lyrical story. Add in the best cover art of the year and I couldn’t not choose it as my no.1
