The difference being that when Koil does it it's for a giggles and it lasts a few minutes or a day...when Buddha pulls something like this, it just spins the RP in a predictable direction for weeks. How can the South compete with a guy that shits a warehouse out of nowhere and moves into the Rooster like it's still his. Hi personally don't care...it makes for good RP...but it would have been more nuanced and fair for everyone if he didn't pull these dumb moves.

Remember when Lang's son spawned Sanguine Island in 3.0 and Buddha "Hated" on Yeager and the Simons for not being able to explain how an Island just appeared out of nowhere and how they got all the weapons? Lang got the Rooster for free...he got the Cerberus Tower...he got the bunker bellow the prison...he got the Batcave under the manor... I love Buddha, he's a great Role Player...but he doesn't care if what he does ruins other peoples RP...
