KSL stands for Khoo Soon Lee, the name of the company that developed KSL City Mall and KSL Resort. Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd is a renowned property development company in Malaysia, established in 1982 and has grown significantly in the Malaysian real estate market.
Plaza Pelangi is one of the older shopping malls in Johor Bahru, established in the late 1980s. It has a long-standing reputation as a popular shopping destination. Located in the Taman Pelangi area, it is conveniently situated near the Johor-Singapore Causeway, making it easily accessible for both locals and tourists, especially those coming from Singapore.
