I love Abominable book club box it’s amazing! I love horror so much! Also it’s way better than most American subscription boxes imo because you get three books and all of those hot beverages and I get to try British snacks which is a blast! And it actually is a great value for the price. So here in the states it cost me $52 with shipping and tax from the UK. Here I find horror book subscriptions cost more then that for only one book and a few other trinkets and if there is a hot drink included it’s like one tea bag ir hot coco etc so honestly it’s one of the best book subscription boxes I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot. It’s definitely the best value for the price. You are right Dracula isn’t the best choice however I think if you keep getting it you won’t be too disappointed. Also this ilumicrate box was my first box from them for the same price and honestly it was pretty bad for the same price as the abominable book club where we got three books. Also I agree the stuff that you call sawdust for the packaging that abominable and ilumicrate does suck it’s very messy when they could just use that bubbly wrap paper like the first box you opened would be less dirty and less annoying lol.
