Purple Crystal Mooncakes - NO OVEN

This year's Mid-Autumn Festival is a bit more special because COVID-19 has significantly affected mooncake sales and related events, of course, there is no longer a street light procession.
So today I show you how to make crystal mooncakes at home with very simple ingredients.
Materials include:
150ml boiling water
150g tapioca flour
100g tapioca flour
200g granulated sugar
300g purple sweet potato
2 tablespoons cooking oil
And not to be without the cake steamer.
