Unpivot a Matrix into a Columnar Table in Excel

This video shows how to create a matrix table (a table with row and column headers) into a columnar table so that you can create a Pivot Table or perform other range operations to the data. This solution uses Power Query's Unpivot Tool that returns matrix data into columnar data.
