David Morrell in my opinion is the most complete fighter both physically and mentally in all of boxing. The only guy that I can see giving him trouble is Beterbiev. While Benavidez will test him no doubt I don't think Benavidez has faced anything close to Morrell. I know Benavidez used to spar GGG and Pavlik but Morrell is just different. I hope he fights all the best fighters next cause you will truly see his star shine. The fighters that he's faced so far haven't really brought the best out of him cause they are nowhere near his level

Morrel is in the same category as Boots Ennis, just not as experienced. He shows great tools all around and good athletic ability...but he shines against fodder-quality fighters...and even then he shows holes in his defesne where he leaves himself wide open for counters a better class of fighters will be sure to exploit. If he can put all those tools together and become defensively responsible, he will become a belt holder at 168. He better step up the activity and competition though. He is 27 years old and only has 10 fights vs tomato cans
