Here in Nagaland whenever there's a vacancy in private sector they will ask for experience in everything... I don't know what problem is there with freshers if no chance is given how can we gain experience...
Plz dear private sector employers please give freshers a chance too
And that is why we have national apprenticeship scheme.
That too 5 years of experience..and at the max 10 to 12k of salary..
Couldn't agree more...
I mean not everyone will be experienced. There are lots of freshers who could learn and do well if trained. But they expect in a way like 4,5, 10 years experience for particular field just so disappointing at times.
In our own place they only want 3_4 years experienced and if it's not 12 to graduation even for housekeeping they don't want... This is the reason why our Naga people are struggling in outside nagaland.... Peya khopor b hunee and some people bhal khopor b loi ki na aihee... ?bso glad to them.... We uneducated people are useless for our Naga rich people... So that's why I'm working outside nagaland since from 2022🙂☺
Nagaland private teacher salary after 10 years : barely 12K.
Private Corporate jobs : 18-20K for freshers. Huge hike when you change the company so within 2years you’ve 40-50K in hand so of course we all want huge money.
If you actually know how to handle money we’ve young Nagas who bought land built house by working in corporate big job.
LDA in Nagaland barely get 50K after 10yrs. Only officers and professors salary are good in Nagaland.
Recently the survey says that....The highest unemployment rate in india is Nagaland.
So whose fault ?
Some reason naga seeking jobs outside Nagaland is...;
*There is no job oriented university in Nagaland.
*Stipend/Salary is too less.
*And there are no guarantee offers after training whatever course they took.
*Whenever there is a job vacancy they are asking for 2,3 years experience work so how our newly graduate, post graduate,ITI Diploma students will get those experiences.First employed them and train them.
*Lack of Job creation from govt.
There are many entry-level exams in India which do not require prior experience, including those for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), state government positions, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), and railway jobs.
For experience requirements the National Apprenticeship Scheme offers valuable opportunities for gaining practical experience each year.
For Scholarships both state and central governments (So central scholarship are good , we can even apply state and central also) . For more information, you can visit the National Scholarship Portal.
However, many individuals from Nagaland prefer to seek employment only within the state, which has limited job opportunities. A recent survey highlights that our employment data is insufficient, primarily relying on the 2011 Census of India and unemployment registration data.
Therefore, it is essential to explore job opportunities outside Nagaland to broaden our career prospects

Seriously if we cannot clear government exam, we look for private jobs but they mostly give 7-10 k per month.. If we buy one bag of rice and 2 kg of meat it gets over.
No govt in the world can provide job for the whole population
Who said to provide for the whole population?
Why this mindset?
@@athozosachu5646 you want we want
😂 useless mentality

I have been concerned over the skill training provided under Govt ITI in various districts.. why do they provide so less seats even to undergo training? There's hardly 10-15 seats in all the districts. Another issue is that many important categories have been allocated to Kohima only such as Electrical, Motor, Carpentry etc.. while other districts are just offered with sewing, hair cutting, so and so.. only Kohima people needs Motor, carpentry skills etc..? Show us one evidence how sincere Govt is to promote youth resources in the state. Zero sports infrastructure, Zero Skill training facilities, Education system completely devoid of market relevance.. Is there any real agenda from Govt to uplift the Youth. Dont blame the graduates for appearing NPSC/NSSB when There's no other career scope.
Moral of the story is
(corruption..)
In Nagaland youth were unable to get even in private company,..
Gov job not even in dream..
Many job is there in Nagaland but lack of patience lack of Discipline..they want directly a high position that's impossible to got these days they have to start from a ground level it doesn't matter the qualification..what matters is the quality of a person..some of our parents want a govt job n when they see their own tribe doing a small job they will start critize and throw negative to them
Plot twist, they are both in the same room...
We naga needs lots sml or large scale industry man seriously 😢 lack of employment opportunities evn in dimapur chumu n kohima its too hrd to find job imagine Scrching for a job in mon tuensang etc😢
Bring Chor Rio local news editor has nothing to do with job creation.
Govt jobs are full and for private jobs and NGO's jobs those who are already employed for 30 or more years still wants to continue with their service, If this old people don't retire and how will the younger generation survive.
What ever news wallas says but nagaland government and Rio Saab won't change and effect anything. It will remain the same at any cost 😂😂
Because in nagaland, government dont interviews fairly and they select to those who have minister recommend, top department recommendations, and they interviewed easir, theres no industry, any good or bigger company and the private sectors salary was not very less, moreover, all the private vacancies educational qualification are high and search more experience
We don't hv jobs in our state but idk why miya's are so interested in our land but us Eat 5star🍫 do nothing
Not joke literally they earn alot frm us 💔
We have to go down to miya level. Stay in 400rs single room one fan one bulb berra house with shared tina toilet at the worst flood prone areas. Cook and eat cheapest available food in the market.
Buy clothes from second hand market only and save monthly 3k from 10k salary. Then only we can beat them at their game.
I don't mean for all
Tats our naga mentality evn the class 8 fail want white color job don't realize how limited job are in our state whthr it's Govt or prvt
If Rio has any shame left he should step down from politics
Pls entrepreneurs should create
In nagaland 😇
Nagas don't blame rio , Nagas
Only wanted govt job becoz they can get Salary without work 🙄 why are you accusing Rio. Urself is a Chor 🙄
Mention some real initiates taken by your Baba Rio for Youth Employment.
Eku nakuri aro..
Don't blame only Taklu' sahab, blame all the Politicians, Bureaucrats and ourselves too,by choosing this types of GOVERNMENT ' by selling our Votes' for money and M.C bottles te😢ki ko bo
Hosa ase..
"We sow what we reap"
Our people had ingrained an entitlement mindset and this has hindered progress, with many avoiding hard work and looking down on manual labor, hands on work. Nagas outside the state have built their achievements through perseverance, many carry family responsibilites to support relatives back home and a willingness to take on any job, yet back home, discrimination against certain profession fuels laziness and ego and shallow mindset.Totally agree! its time for our people to shift its mindset and place hard work on the pedestal and embrace all forms of profession, for self-reliance and economic growth.
To bridge the gap between education and employment it can be possible when apprenticeship programs are introduced. It will provide valuable opportunities for youth with no work experience, to gain practical skills and hands-on training in real workplace settings. By creating such pathways, we empower young people to build their careers, enhance their employability, and contribute meaningfully to the workforce. Overseas, by the age of 14, students often balance part-time work with their studies, gaining work ethics and experience alongside their academic pursuits. While there are many constraints in our state, such as no part time opportunities, limited access to public transport & safety for similar opportunities, alternative solutions can be explored to foster early work engagement. Apprenticeships not only benefit the individuals but also help community by cultivating a skilled, prepared workforce for the future.
Because of backdoor appointment
We need leader who can create opportunities for youths in our state not leaders like till today who only have policies in building their own chairs.
Coz they earn huge amount of money for their survival
While carefully study, becoz of these unnecessary, badmas n faltu multiple UG,s factions job posts of around 55 to 60 thousands in Nagaland n cos of state few corruption leaders n lacking of creating govt jobs resulting scarcity of jobs in Naga Societies.
Becoz! By Our CM Rio.
Govt is just giving training only few countable skills with in efficiency instructors with less knowledge. Govt should focus on bringing more job avenues scheme, more industries n factories
I didn't even pass 10 standard but i have a good experience of house keeping and waiters but here in Nagaland if i look for those job they only want a person who has passed 12 standard so what m i gonna do with those experience.🤣here is a one reminder some got degree but not an experience like me 😂
In nagaland we are leak of manual labor... I thinks if this people come and work in nagaland their will be no miyas in dimapur.... We keep our field in the hands of non local......
