Now that we're halfway done with the season, I gotta ask: What's your favorite use of a Eurobeat track so far? I'd say that I still love the use of Wilder Faster Louder the most due to the unexpected nature of hyping up a straightaway. After all, this is the successor to Initial D, not Wangan Midnight! King of the Century is a super close second because of how it embodies Mr. Porsche Elitist™'s imposing presence and willingness to make contact, something that was a taboo back in Initial D. In general, Episode 6 impressed me with its use of 3 Eurobeat tracks, and had plenty of exciting overtakes. I also should shout out In the Eyes of a Tiger for proving that Ren was right: there *is* a tiger in that mountain! She probably didn't realize it was Kanata himself though!
Break Out Fire was hype. Probably introduced a lot of Initial D fans that didnt know MF Ghost was airing. Personally I liked Are You Ready to Fly, but the eurobeat usage would been more better if was used during the Death Zone on the 2nd lap. Waiting for Manifold Love since it was the eurobeat used on the first trailer last year.
King of the century gave me enough Goosebumps here, but honestly i like all the Eurobeats played. Now ee're just missing Manifold Love, Facedown to play in any episodes, besides them playing in the PVs
@@SujiceelYup, he mentioned earlier he and Takumi used to be rivals on "track" but friends off track. He never mentioned said track was a touge road at night in illegal street racing.
I've read the manga and tbh I was skeptical too cuz I'm one of those who didn't like at all, but the anime is complete fire, gives me the same vibe as watching Initial D all over again. Maybe because now is animated and there's the soundtrack for adding hype to the scenes, but is being a great surprise so far
Idk why, but it's so satisfying seeing the camera shaking to the beat of the music and hearing the engine screaming, wheels spinning and all, like when the Civic and Cayman accelerates

Why does everyone misunderstand the Fujiwara Zone thing? He's not actually teleporting 🙄 It's just showing Takumi's car from the perspective of the person he's racing against going way faster than they expect it can.
@@WoodEe-zq6qvThe way they explained it was complete bullshit, it doesn't matter how fast a car takes a corner you're not going to see it teleporting just because you "thought it would be slower". Even 4th stage with all its plot armor stuff didn't pull something like that out of its ass.
3:10 ngl i feel similar energy when I used to play NFS MW 2012 in a Subaru WRX against one of the MW bosses the Porsche Spyder in the corner but he quickly pulls away in straights, Only for me to close it on a few corners. Modifications were mostly on light weight specs. with long gear Same vibes goes to GRID 2 in the BMW E30 when you go hard on the corners in the streets of Paris.
Didnt include the 2 seconds of Pull the Trigger by Bon, 0/10 🗿🗿🗿 In all seriousness, I'm so simple the eurobeat gives me all the neuron activation in my brain I swear
@@SpeedDemonPowerage98 Aiba also embarrassed himself at Odawara Pikes Peak, but he at least redeemed himself during the second round. Tire management is one the most important thing during race and he dismissed that fact simply to just get a peck on the cheek 😅🙄... And about Oishi, the only way I see him getting in Godly Fifteen was because his Lambo can overpowered the scrubs on power section.

Red light and sex with Ryosuke appearance was my favorite. Wilder Faster Louder 2nd and King of the Century 3rd.
Break Out Fire. Showing how good the Godly Fifteen is and ending with the four wheel drift.
Hard to disagree here.👍

7:45 I like how Kogashiwa says that as if his special move isn’t jumping off a cliff
He does things even veteran racers wouldn't think of doing, says the one who jumps hairpin turns.
maybe for professional reasons, he doesn't reveal his street racing background lol.

I was a bit skeptical about MFG as a lot of people said the manga is mid, but man I'm loving it so far.
The upcoming episodes are even more good, you will love it even more
Let's just enjoy the MFG
nah the manga is fire

They did a really good job adapting everything, I'd say its one of the few anime that are better than the manga.

@@WoodEe-zq6qv I know. Which is why I say the visualization here is better than they did in Initial D 5th stage.

When we forget there are still more laps after 3 episodes
Yeah lol I got impatient and just read the manga
Guess I'm waiting
The last few rounds are gonna be nightmares with how many laps the actual race does so round 3 onwards 3 laps on Ashinoko GT is fine.
Lap one favorite song probably King Of The Century, especially if it's fasten 10% it sounds even banger

Oishi is an awful driver.
