Shuttlebus conversion - Episode 12 - Installing Solar Panels and Wind Deflector!

This week, we installed our solar panels and fabricated a wind deflector to protect them on the road! I used what I had access to, including bolts and step bit from my dad, craft paper borrowed from my friend Mark, some muscle from my friend George, sheet metal left by the previous tenant in my house, and some fiberglass from Allen’s dad. The only items purchased for this install were aluminum angle iron and four fence gate hinges from the Home Depot, but what you use will depend on your rig, your panels, and whatever items you can manage to get for free.
