What is art, anyway?

Bobby Cornelsen painted "Joan Jett 4 Prez" on his garage facing I-40 in Weatherford, Oklahoma. The goal was to simply make people smile. Since then, over 20 million vehicles have passed by -- some honk, some wave, some likely turn up the radio. Twenty years later, a local art professor wonders if Bobby's message is actually art.
