She isn't rude. Personally she is one of the nicest people I have met and I wish others gave her a chance rather than forming opinions based on things that might've or might've not happened YEARS ago. Believe me when I say that she has grown a lot.

I can assure you that she isn't rude. Please don't form an opinion over something that might've happened 5 years ago. I can guarantee you weren't the same person in 2015. EVERYBODY makes mistakes, has off days, but she is a grown woman who admits to her mistakes and apologises. She has changed so much over the years and I think its not nice to make assumptions about her like that.
