Out of Status in Canada? Restoration of Status

My mom’s visitor visa restoration (missed applying for extension on time) got refused. She is leaving the country. Any issues while coming back to Canada again? Note- visa is valid for next 8yrs.

Hello My employer submitted LMIA on Jan3. My PGWP extension rejection came on June 5. Same day I applied for visitor record before 8pm to maintain my status. LMIA got approved 2 weeks later. Can I apply closed WP online or I have to apply for restoration also? What is my current status?

Hey Effizient, my visa expired in January but I applied to extend my study permit but not the visa. Does the expired visa means I'm out of status or can I just apply for visitor visa

Does this apply for minors who entered on visitor visa and remained beyond 6 months, but still within 90 days of the 6th month? If so, would the application then be Visitor Record+Restoration?

Didn’t follow up with the agent. Was only a restoration application when I did it on the ircc site
