Ok this an awesome strategy for sure BUT when i read the title for this video i assumed you'd be playing on a regular playthrough, when you made this clip you had already beat the game several times and used all the upgrades from dlc and ng+. THAT is how you can beat a fireclaw in under 30 secs (on hard). Not tryna downplay what you did here, just saying. Playing the game several times and stacking several powerful mods on it feels like its worth mentioning for this 30sec fireclaw kill strategy
still the same prinicpal, like okay you dont have all those dmg mods, itll maybe take 2-3 minutes now instead of 30 seconds, but still faster then like 5-10 mins
I just started to play Horizon again, and i struggle with fireclaws, i just tie them up with ropecaster and shoot, but god damn this was helpfull, much easier to kill now

Yeah, i know. I made this video for farmers and people in endgame. But I wouldn't rather going for the Fireclaw in the beginning especially on UH, though you cannot get to him unless you finish The Frozen Wilds
Absolutely! Nothing that I've watched helped me with killing it in ultra hard... It's nice to pin it down with ropecaster tho. But it's def much more aggressive and stronger than in hard :( a real struggle
And here I was trying to be fancy taking out its fire tanks while it was stunned. This is much faster. I wish there was a way to reliably access the power cells during a fight. Sometimes after an attack the Fireclaw's backside is facing you for a few seconds, but not very often.
@@RyanGaming21 rockbreakers are in the same class as the thunderjaw, so you get the same loot. And we know that there are 2 rockbreakers at one spot, so you get twice as much loot and you spend less time on killing the rockbreakers. I have a video on my channel where I speedran the 2 rockbreakers.
@@Nikita_Ign i watched the video, you need to be precise a lot to hit their stomach and deal 4k damage, when I do it, i'll probably miss and they gonna start digging and going up. I use your 3 freeze 3 hardpoint 3 precise arrows strategy to the thunderjaw in the 2 thunderjaw site
@@RyanGaming21 depends on how you're considering the kill. blast wires can kill in a second, but there are some videos using arrows only taking 11 seconds for the kill

@@Tarento04 unfortunately you will have to complete the main story line in order to start a new NG+. however, there are a lot of skips and speedrunning strats, so that saved me hours, if not days. running on the story difficulty of course

To be fair his gear wasn't even maxxed, but yeah just farm some coils and you should be able to replicate it

Best kill guide for the fireclaw but it is a expensive Monster to hunt better farm on Behemoth & Rockbreaker... Easy income :)

Yes, use corruption arrow on another rockbreaker and let them fight... And kill the one alive with low health.. Easy as that.. Keep farming

I think if you shoot his fire tanks, he will get unstunned which could make it somewhat more difficult
Are thuderjaws and behemoth good for farming? Cuz rockbreakers are hella annoying and the blaze tripcaster traps are expensive
Rockbreakers are the best for farming. There's a video on my channel on how I farm them

It doesn't matter if I have a shock coil or not. If something electric hits the cells on the fireclaw's back they will explode no matter what

Handling is what makes the reloading and pulling the string faster. So you should get a handling coil for your bow
