Man, Joel talking about his anxiety really helped me with mine... At least for the future. I feel way better about the situation listening to someone who goes through it as well. Respect.
Dude this was great, please make this a regular thing. Or I mean... whenever KT is on the road. Or maybe when you're on the road for standup idk but this was great.
love the panic discussion, I feel like I have ptsd flashbacks from acid periodically. the burping and the pressure in the chest makes so much sense, especially since ive learned about the vagus nerve and how it also relates to that pseudo heart attack feeling
The weird thing for me is that I was in my prime with exercise when I started having panic attacks. Panic attacks kept me from being able to go work out. When I made it to the Gym, I would be dead tired after 10 minutes and couldn't work out at all. It finally slacked off a little. You have to learn how to meditate and have to learn how to calm yourself down. Focus on things that soothe the mind, look at things that aesthetically pleasing, touch things that comfort you. After awhile you learn it, it happens less often, and when it does happen you can work towards making it stop.
this was AWESOME Jerry! PLEASE do this as often as possible when you guys travel. i love getting to know you guys better and having lost all my friends to drugs and life, the few podcasts i watch are litterally my only connection to genuinely great ppl that i would love to call friends. thank you and keep em coming!!
34:00 Yes. GoldenEye. I had a 5-disc CD player, and could program a 32-track playlist. Then we'd battle in the Temple with grenade launchers, or Facility with Moonraker lasers, listening to Liquid Swords, Rubber Soul, etc.
Have man just letting you know that you and the crew brought light to a dark time a was having last year and the kill tony podcast kept the joy in me and helped me get through some deep depression so i thank yall so much
The panic attack talk was cool to hear from you guys. I've suffered from crippling panic attacks too, and related to everything you all said. Zoloft and xanax helped a bunch so the attacks felt mild enough where I could work on building skills that would get me out of an attack. Then with therapy I could ween off of the drugs. It's still a problem I have to deal with, but I have the tools to talk myself down and not have to go to the hospital/stay inside all day. Also Tony was right, burping helps tremendously. I've never heard that from anyone else, but ginger ale is my vice. Thanks for this.
Panic Attack: Imagine hearing a noise, like a high pitched electric buzzing. You hear it and get annoyed by it. You can't tell where it's coming from, but you wish it would fucking stop it's so damn annoying. A panic attack is a lot like that, except replace the buzzing sound with literally Nothing, and that annoyed feeling with an intense uneasiness. Having no physical stimulus or real reason for the sensation is an unsettling thing in itself too.
You three musketeers in the #1 traveling podcast in the world makes my heart seem a little less empty.. Keep doing this Jeremiah it's Incredibly fun to watch you and the guys riff back and forth.
@Jeremiah Watkins MAN WATCHING THESE I REALIZE THEY ARE SO DAMN VALUABLE...I CANT HELP BUT FEEL SAD, EACH ONES AN ADVENTURE, A SIT COM, A REAL DAY IN THE LIFE WITH ENTERTAINMENTS BEST TRIO TODAY (Yesterday) AND I HOPE YOUR VERY PROUD... I HOPE ONE DAY YOU GUYS WILL RETURN TO KT...BUT THESE ARE FOREVER SOMETHING PERHAPS EVEN MORE VALUABLE, YOU HAVE CAPTURED THE STARS OF KT AS THEMSELVES, THANK YOU JERRY, THIS IS MAGIC. THANK U AND KEEP REPPING JESUS & THE LORD YOUR PASSION FOR THIS CRAFT INSPIRSE ME,CUZ ITS TRUE LOVE LOVE- THE SKEPTICAL CANUCK
Cool to see behind the scene type stuff, gives more perspective on the actual traveling aspect of your guys tour and the impact on you guys as actual people.
I just became a recent fan of kill tony , and i love the many characters and styles of the band . Jeremiah ... helluva job! From one musician/comedian to another
Oh hell yeah! You guys put lots a smiles on peoples faces! I cry myself to sleep sometimes to Kill Tony and Jeremiah Wonders.... cause I’m laughing so freakin hard! Thanks! Joel-beerrrrrg!
This is definitely a nice change of pace and we would love to continue seeing on the road how you guys are I'm sure I think the only production thing I can say is that a car with better suspension next time because all the vibrations give your audio a very wobbly sound almost like when somebody is talking wall very nervous and their voice shakes a little it kind of sounds like that Thanks for letting us see you guys on the road "literally"
[laughing so hard at this] @18:42 "I'm not exactly sure, at all, whatsoever. Actually I have no answer... whatsoever... but yeah. I think they hold onto it in like a uh, Energy Chamber " - Tony at 9am
I just realized I've met you before Jerimiah. I went to the taping of Jeff Ross's Historical Roast of Freddie Mercury and when I watched it just now I realized Jerimiah was Delilah the Cat! So funny, keep up the good work man.
7:50 in, the mics come in. Working out the kinks while being on the road. Enjoy!
Such a cool idea, this would be sweet to see more on the road shows, it's just REAL.
Hey, heard everyone fine even before 7:50 Mark

Is Redban on the roof in a travel cage?
At work giggling like a girl to this comment
Redban was left in the service station toilets.
They left him at a gas station when the 7 yr old boy in line behind them made a poop joke and Redban couldnt stop laughing
*No one likes BedPan anyway.*

Top young rising pilot Tony Hinchcliffe flies a baby giraffe and a brown twink into an energy chamber. Tonight at 6.
It’s so disappointing that he is canceling Kill Tony after accepting a piloting contract from Delta Airlines. At least he’s fulfilling a boyhood dream
@@jackp9570 *Jack shit. You watch you're God damn mouth.*
This is funny
You had me at Energy Chamber!!
I was like “energy chamber?” Not a moment later Jeremiah brings up the energy chamber. Chills.
I'm obsessed with kill Tony but you 3 should definitely do more of these podcasts
Ban the Redban?
Also, best thing ever! More of this. Show the road, tell the story, that's the free/transparent advertising.

I was going to say the same thing. Also, I love Tony's facial hair. It's soo sexy 90's boy band, but modern at the same time.

Great podcast, you should definitely should do another like this. Listened to the honeydew with you yesterday.
Wheres Redban?
I truly enjoyed this
The panic attack talk was super helpful
3:58 Tony’s reaction had me laughing so hard for some reason
Also, 6:51 Joel described it so perfectly that I can see exactly what he is talking about
hearing you guys talk about panic attacks was so enlightening. It's comforting to know people I respect greatly go through the same issues as me
yea same, helps to fan off next to the ac for a bit if it gets really sweaty down there
Have your nutrients checked out. My anxiety went way down with a men's multivitamin.
Laughed wayyyyyy harder than I should have at "comedians in cars getting podcasted"
ty for recording this, jeremiah 🙏😻
great episode 😹😹
