Edited to add- brown bananas make the best bread , they age and get almost mushy and those make great bread. The yellow ones aren't sweet enough yet.

Hi! Your jam look absolutely delicious. It’s hard to find mulberries here in the US, but I think I might try it with blackberries. I’m sorry your banana cake didn’t come out very well. Maybe if you added a little bit of sugar it might enhance the flavor a bit? I also find that just a little bit of vanilla essence really brings out the flavor of the bananas. I made mulberry jam recently and didn't add as much sugar! and as a thickener I added something called xanthan gum which works great! Jam should not take 3 hours to thicken!! LOL
I think the bananas you had weren't really ripe enough to make a delicious banana bread. They have to be very soft with spots on the peelings! And bake it in an oven - not your rice maker! They are entirely different cooking utensils! 🙂 And baking is really easy but is the type of food preparation that you must follow directions and measurements exactly! It's kind of a chemistry thing... Otherwise you may be disappointed.

@@iamhere0908 Oh, I'm sorry I didn't explain it. It's a powder that I bought online and I'm sure you can find it there too. Quite common. It really thickens things up quickly and you'll love the convenience too!
As for the banana bread, I don't especially like it, but my husband does, so occasionally I make it. But not very often. LOL!

저는 푹익은 바나나 3개쯤 넣고 핫케이크 만들 때 기본 서타일로 계란, 우유 넣고, 그 뭐냐 밥솥에 만능찜 모드 말고 빵 굽기 모드가 따로 있더라구요?
식감이 어케 다른진 저도 모르겠지맨...저는 40분하고 모질라서 한 20분 뒤집어서 더 구웠답니다...저는 달다구리하니 맛나게 잘 먹었는데
밥솥 빵 식감이 히어님이랑 안 맞으시는 거 아닐까요? 아니면 요거트랑 크림치즈까지 들어가서 맛이 약간 밍근해진 거 같기도한디...흠🤔

Hi! I have a recipe for banana bread that is delicious but it is more a a baked recipe with a few steps and ingredients if you think you would want to try that? You did good but perhaps some additional sugar or an extra banana would have helped and bake it in the oven instead of the rice cooker next time, it will have a better texture!
I don’t think i will make banana bread again🤣 I failed it twice already and both are not my type😆anyway thank you for your advice👍🏼😍😘
