Magnificent and exquisite architertural details. With a stunning house like that you need furniture, funishing and windows treatments that will honor these beautiful surroundings. With money and taste, he would be a dream decorating project.
Ok, I am confused. The video states that it is a brand new home. But later says it was sold in 2017 a little over 6 milion. Now it is for sale for over $10 million more. The math ain't mathin'. The $17 million does not seem unreasonable, but I need clarification on the actual history of the home.
Wow wondering who’s buying these mansions unless you are president or you have a job making over 200.000 million plus a year and having 5-7 cleaning ladies 4-5 cooks 10-15 landscaping people and own electric company water company and gas company and don’t forget 8-10 children so they can play in it. Enjoy your life in this house and don’t forget 2-5 alarm systems definitely different companies for more security
Ehh River road is full of homes like this. Same deal all along the Chesapeake Bay on the western coast. Personally it’s not for me. That much space would drive me crazy.
The architecture is stunning. However, the home itself (if it can be called that) is cold and uninviting. I wouldn't want to live in that house if I won it in a lottery and had taxes and utilities paid for life. No one needs or could be happy or comfortable in a house that ridiculously monstrous.
Hey that's fine! Not everyone could deal with a structure of this magnitude! Me, on the other hand, I have 5 beautiful grown children, 16 grandchildren and 2 great great grands...There's not enough intimidation in that place when it comes to my family!
I drive past this everyday on my way to work. It's amazing on the outside! But it sits on kind of a main road, there's no privacy and it's not that special because it's surrounded by a bunch of other mansions. Maybe I just see it too much. Driving through Potomac every day dulls seeing mansions a bit.
Boring, stuffy, pretentious, "Queen of Englandesce" - arrogance. Too impersonable, overwhelming, and smothering. It doesn't exactly give you that "down home" cozy feeling.
It's hideous! Good Lord. Looks like nothing in Europe or the rest of the world. Builder house with owners too cheap to pay for an architect. The best thing that can happen is a fire...
1. That's a horrible thing to wish on a home. 2. I wouldn't say hideous, is it everyone's taste, No. Then again not everyone can afford a 17 million dollar home. 3. Maryland is full of diplomats, politicians, people that work in DC that are big time, Potomac isn't far from DC and many of them live there. (Granted they also live in Arlington VA too check those homes out. Most of the good homes in Maryland are the historical homes in my opinion. There are so many beautiful Victorian homes here.
Apart for a few of the rooms, most of the house is rather plain. Overpriced. Nice square footage but not worth the price tag. It's like a premium builder grade house. Criticism coming from a guy who lives in a 10k Sq Ft house and can afford this house.
It's at the intersection of River Road and Durham Drive, Potomac, MD. You're welcome.
Thnx
Thanks
I love the two-story library. This is a lovely home.
Stunning, classy, timeless, light and bright, wonderful library!
Oh yes....and I'm born and raised in the state of Maryland ! Happy New year !!
I had to say this House has to be in Potomac. I always dreamed of living there if I struck it rich.
Love the library.
This is my dream home, just need it fully furnished and keys to enter property.

Potomac
Nuff said
Oh look, a mini Versailles!
This house is in Potomac Maryland, on the River roadside.
Wow, the interior looks so much like that blonde lady’s house on that 90s Addams Family Values movie in which Fester gets married!
The echo must be deafening.
Beautiful
Well done....
This is elegance on steroids! 😍😍😍
fantástica, puede ser motivo de uno de mis cuentos de ciencia ficción...

Wonderful - Amazing ♥️☀️
How much
The price dropped from 18 to 6 million!
This has been for sale for a long time
Beautiful House. Bad Feng Shui. From the door you should never see the back door. All money you bring in will go right back out.
I think that Chinese crap is, well, crap.
Nice!
Looks like a school.

It's not the bricks that make a home.
