    Which place/suburb in Victoria should we invest in the long term. Near cbd, house, around 600k .

      $600k budget for a house you’d want to be checking out Sunshine West & Deer park out west and Broad Meadows and Dallas out North.
      Both have their pros and cons but worth looking into in more detail with this budget

As we are outside Aus the interest rates are super high at7.9% but yeah, we couldnt wait. Will just refinance when we reach Melbourne next year!!!!!
