Ive been around grappling for many years from judo to jits and il say this im happy with every submission except heel hooks its the only submission that causes damage before theres a pain indication and thats extremely bad they should have stayed illegal in the end you have to draw a line and o think that line begins with heel hooks being banned
@@TheGrapplingAcademy yes and also the knee is the most complex joint theres not much blood circulation so if you damage it its a long time to heal so i think the grappling world really need to look into banning this move
