Great Divide Trail Episode 11: Alone in the Canadian Rockies on my Birthday

Day 11 on the Great Divide Trail. Matt hikes from Cache Creek to Lost Creek Campground. 31 KM
In the morning Matt is pain due to Achilles tendon pain on his right side.
Stunning views has Matt feeling many different emotions making for a birthday full of gratitude and appreciation for life.
Matt spends the entire day with zero human interaction and is feeling loneliness at the end of the day when he arrives at camp with no other hikers present.
Matt has seen numerous signs of Grizzly bears and is in fear.
